I upgrade excavators all the time.. the Kubota quick coupler with the Kubota completion kit is the easiest way to go.. I just installed a steel wrist quick coupler, I had to make all new hoses basically. And the wiring was a little bit harder.. but it was nice when I was done!

I saw one in the shop the other day with thousands of hours on it..! It just depends on how it was used and cared for..?!?! If you are handy.. it shouldn’t be a problem! But I always recommend a new one ☝️. They are great machines

@ glad to hear it! Is it as smooth as the MX5400’s transmission? I test drove one last week for where I work and it was the smoothest gear drive tractor I’ve ever driven.

@@ryanlynch2259 sure is! I’m a groundskeeper and we have a 2001 M6800 with shuttle transmission. That MX5400 is much smoother than that even. Gotcha! I tried the B2601 but wasn’t a fan of the treadle peddle.

This customer has multiple steel wrist units.. he wanted one without the rotator,, so he can use all the attachments with this one.. I would say maintenance is a breeze compared to the directions that come with this kit..! 😆. Good thing Engcon is here if I have any questions.. cheers 🍻 buddy

It’s only getting the hydraulic quick coupler.. maybe if you get the tilt rotator and attachments..

If it’s set up right.. it should be pretty easy..! If they get left outside in the dirt.. that can make it extra fun ..

I don’t believe so.. the roof is not very heavy.. wouldn’t be too hard to add some!!

😂. It’s brand new,! Getting ready to go off to a local farm.. I’m pretty sure they will get it dirty!! Although I just did some work on a tractor from a car dealership and it was spotless.. I was almost afraid to work on it.

@ lol I feel the same way after a good deep clean of my gear I never want to get it all mucked up again. But then I see the shovel leaning up against the wall and happily fire up the backhoe lol
