It's a targeted video. All those that need to know will be on mailing list.
only 4 views? your videos are not SEO-friendly. you must do video SEO to get good results. SEO increases views, If you can increase the views, you will be able to advance your channel a lot. what is the benefit of making a video so hard? If views, likes, subscribers are not? So I say, first organize the channel nicely, SEO the videos and then release the videos, then you will get good results.

It does not explain how to reconcile against the bank feed - then puts in in twice?
We have a different video for that. If you bring all historical payments in automatically then reconcile again from the bank feed it will show as a duplicate. Happy to go through this again over a Zoom call.

HI Jo Jo, thanks for your comments about Task Management. Yes, integration with calendars is on the roadmap, Outlook and Google seem most in demand.
Also, wondering whether the system would be able to produce Invoices for monthly or 6 monthly payments? I have been doing this manually for years, but an Invoicing option would be useful. Many thanks Joanna
Hi there. Just wondering whether it's possible to add a Lease to a currently Tenanted property/ unit. A situation where the incoming tenanted is secured and signed up complete with security deposit. This is one of my commercial units, but it could equally happen with res ones.
