Britax Babysafe3 and flex base isense problems
Our britax flex base seems to be out of adjustment.
The seat is hard to release from the base unless we hit the release button quite hard.
We also find that the hooks re-engage so we are unable to reattach the seat without hitting the release button again

Another short video on the sliding rear seat option on Ford Cmax Mk1 I need to have my 2 year old behind me as our new arrival will be here soon but i couldn't fit his seat in with standard seats I'm 6'1" and with these seats my sons car seat now fits behind me fine, I can also sit in this seat and have plenty of legroom This seat was i believe standard fit on Cmax's up to 2005/2006 and then be...
Ford Cmax ISOFIX brackets without cutting
Переглядів 29 тис.3 роки тому
A short video on how to expose the ISOFIX brackets in a 2009 Ford Cmax MK1 without cutting the seat and saving you £25 for the official Ford kit I found this out when we first bought our Cmax a couple of years ago, we have leather seats so i didn't want to damage the seats You will notice this isn't a leather seat I'm doing this on but a sliding version of the seat from a 2008 Cmax I bought fro...
Thanks! I thought that my focus cmax didn't have isofix...
Hi, Do you have to remove the centre small seat? And would these fit 2015 cmax? Part number
Legend
Time for us to do it on two seats for our newborn twins, you realy saved us some money sir. Thank you!
works like a charm on 2008 c max, you dont even have to take the seat out..
I still can't believe that Ford didn't make the isofix brackets accessible from the factory in this vehicle that is clearly marketed towards families. Thank you for this video, I'll be doing this in my car.
Thank You 🤘🤘🤘🤘
Thank you for showing this. We have the same issue on another car with the child seat in the same way fitted. You can’t do the same with the other seat in order to have normal space on front passenger seat?
Can you adust the recline of the back seats .. deciding between cmax and grand cmax ...if the rear seat incline can move forward there is a bit more headroom in the boot for my dog
Thank you very much for saving us time and money! We struggled a little to unclip the material from the seat, but a bit of warped plastic is much more preferable to cutting anything!
Thank you so much!! This saved me so many troubles. I was about to cut into the fabric and thanks so you my old car is still nice and whole 😁
Thank you for this video. Really didn't want to cut in the seat and you saved me from doing that. Nice one.
This is awesome, 5 minute work and money saved
This is useful 👌 👍
Absolute legend! This video saved us 25 quid. 100% accurate description. I never even took the seat out. Just folded it back. Thanks mate!
Hello, if you have the two side seats slide back, is there still room for the middle seat? Can it still be used as an arm rest? thank you
No
Nice one for sharing that just done ours 👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Thank you so much! We're borrowing someone else's CMax so cutting would not have been an option. I had some trouble using the red levers to remove the seat so I just skipped that step and sat inside the car to do the following steps.
El único video que explica cómo hacerlo. Felicidades y gracias!!! Mañana lo hago. Like
sei un cazzo di genio! Grazie
Absolute hero =)
Excellent video! Thank you so much!!!!
It works with my 2009 C Max Titanium. Great! Thanks.
Massive help thanks. Really wasn't keen on cutting the seat
Thanks mate!
Hi mate, do you have the rear underfloor storage? If you do don't rest the baby seat leg support on it unless you have the foam insert inside.
Wow, I just discovered this option in my 2009 Cmax, thanks for sharing!! This car keep getting better and better haha. And thanks for the warning because I'm using an isofix child seat bracket support!
@@ronbosgra8230 you can buy the inserts, but they are a bit of a rip off. Better off just taking off the cover and putting the support on the storage area floor
@@MylesHSG Thanks for the tip, I own this car for two weeks now and still figuring things out. Already made use of the left side storage and will indeed just put the support leg on the bottom. I have a newborn so the weight can be neglected, but better safe than sorry. Do you happend to have any idea where the front airbag disable/enable turnslot is located? Manual says in the glovebox, but it's not there. Checked the sides, top side, even between the door and side dashboard but I just can't seem to find it. My Cmax is a 2009 Titanium edition.
@@ronbosgra8230 the front passenger airbag deactivation was a dealer fitted option when new so did not come as standard. If you have that option it should be behind the glovebox door. If you are on Facebook join the "Ford C-Max mk1 and mk2 Owners Club" it's a great resource
@@MylesHSG that explains it al, lol. Do you have a specific link, because I'm finding a lot of groups, but not the "MK1 & MK2" one.
Thanks you. Helpful video
Really useful ! Thanks for your video !
👍👍👍👍👍👍👍👍
Nice work, thank you🙂
