You should have punished those Shoryukens harder. Close MP - Heavy Pinwheel does a little bit more than a throw. Terrible Ken though.

The main thing I noticed with your yun is that you're a little too impatient when trying to get in. A good ol' walk him to the corner with a few focus dashes thrown in there are much more effective than trying to predict without meter or spending a bar and maybe getting punished. Also, use light upkicks for an anti air rather than trying to use st.mp, it's too inconsistent. I'll watch more and comment later.
