Hi Brent, I bought from you DLA adaptor more that two years ago. I didn't use for a long. I now try to connect it to two new PCs (Windows 10 and 11) there's the same problem on both of them: A-Link shows that Solution 3000_V2.00 is connected, but doesn't show the Panel Sync dialogue. If I click on Upload from Control Panel, it seems like it loads the data, but this process in endless. Any ideas how to fix it? Thanks a lot! :)

Do you need to enable to RF receiver or will it automatically enable when entering RF key fob number?

Check control Panel Type, Customer Number or other related parameters on link", and I've checked everything multiple times even stopped and started again and I'm still getting it. I'm not sure what to do, can you please help?

Hi , im having problems getting my icon keypad on line . Bosch 3000. I have 2 touch screen that work well. Addresses 1 and 2. The icon keypad is not working . What could be wrong pls.

Is there a way to reset the installer code.

Our company has a few of the 6000 solution panels installed at a few different locations Australia wide. Is there a way we can use the software to over see all of our sites? Or can only the installer do this?

Hi Brent, great video. I keep getting an error when trying to retrieve the history of arming and disarming the Pannel? The error says: History Not Available . This happens only with my office alarm . Home alarm works fine ( Both are 3000 ) Many Thanks for your help

Nice video I put up new ip module for Cust existing panel. Status light on ip module is on and green But no link light. I tried swapping the ports from modem and cables is changed as well. Do you know if this could be firmware issue? At the moment it v 2.23
