XSG type spin flash dryer
Overview
The rotary flash dryer is a new type of high-efficiency fluidized drying equipment developed by our company to overcome the low efficiency and high consumption of static drying. In the design process, the machine fully combines the characteristics of fluid drying such as airflow drying to maximize strengths and avoid weaknesses, so that the whole machine has a reasonable process structure and superior performance, and truly achieves the low consumption and high efficiency goals of fluidized drying.
This machine has a wide range of applications, and can be used for dehumidification and drying of flame retardants, molecular sieves, rubber and plastic additives, pesticides, pigments, dyes, fine chemicals, feed, medicine and some intermediates.
Principle
The hot air enters the mixing, crushing and drying chamber from the bottom of the dryer from the air inlet at an appropriate spouting speed. It has strong shearing, floating, and rotating effects on the material, so the material is centrifuged, sheared, collided, and abraded to be micronized. Enhanced mass and heat transfer. At the bottom of the dryer, the larger and wetter particle clusters are mechanically broken under the action of the agitator, and the particles with lower moisture content and smaller particle size are entrained by the rotating airflow to rise, and they are further dried during the rising process. Due to the gas-solid phase For rotating flow, the inertia of the solid phase is greater than that of the gas phase, and the relative speed between the solid and gas phases is larger, which strengthens the heat transfer effect between the two phases, so the machine has high drying strength.
Features
A variety of feeding devices are available, and the feeding is continuous and stable without bridging.
A special cooling device is installed at the bottom of the dryer to avoid the deterioration of the material in the high temperature zone at the bottom.
The special air pressure sealing device and bearing cooling device effectively extend the service life of the transmission part.
The special air distribution device reduces the resistance of the equipment and balances the wind speed in the tower at the same time.
The drying chamber is equipped with a grading ring and a swirl plate, and the fineness of the material and the final moisture are adjustable and controllable.
The high circumferential air velocity in the drying chamber and short material residence time can effectively prevent the material from sticking to the wall and the deterioration of heat-sensitive materials.
