London South is my favourite venue for Tough Mudder in the UK - beautiful forestery trail runs and a great centre field to allow spectators to see a lot of the action. Seems to be the UK's favourite course too, with 15,000 signed up over the weekend. Long may it continue!
Video is taken from Saturday (Solo Mudders in Red) and Sunday with a group from various UK Obstacle podcasts including Talking Dirty, Pint Sized and fellow presenters of "Whos Hot"
The video really shows the evolution of the course over two days - especially with the amound of rain that happened over night on the Saturday, it was very much like a North West event.
I really liked how there were 3 obstacles (Everest, Pyramid Scheme and Electro Shock Therapy) right in the village and then perhaps seven obstacles within very close proximity to the village.
Finally a shout out to everyone that says hello on course. I'm really chuffed that the videos help so many people. When you see me, please do say hello - you never know, you may feature on a future video!

What a race! Vinni and I took on the Perevil 33 (33 mile / 55km) which was the shortest of the three races on offer that weekend (50 mile and 100 mile routes!) I love the double header weekend of Spartan and Tough Mudder at the South West venue (Badminton). Its great to mix up the obstacles and the course for both days. How did you find it?
Great videos, how flat is the course? I heard the hills are mainly just the first 3k? Then flat after that?
The 10km could be described as undulating... Downhill around 2km (of course translates to a long uphill around8km) and there's an uphill around the 5km ish mark.

I'm doing the 15k event in Skipton on the 27th, my first ever tough mudder. What kind of footwear do you recommend???
Any sort of trail shoe is fine. If you won't have trail shoes, then just go with any old pair of running shoes. The weather so far has been good, so I doubt the course is too muddy...
