Hey, nice video! I just got one of these and it's still in the box so I thought I'd check out this assembly video. FYI, I recently learned a couple of things. Dead hangs work every muscle group in the upper body. Also, you should never jump up to grab the bar. It's bad for your shoulder joints over time. Yo I’ve had the basketball hoop for almost 2 months now forgot to say thank u. U guys literally help me thru almost all of it the only thing that I used the manual on was the rim, net, and the adjustable height. And also is it safe to put it at 10 feet?
