😊 I'm glad you enjoyed it, and yes it is a fun instrument to learn.

It's new to me. I felt the same way, I'm happy with my purchase. This banjo is pretty much identical spec wise, dimensions, head, configuration, the tuners kind of sucks because they look mismatched, but they function. I changed mine just because I hate the mismatched look. I think it's a fine banjo to learn on. Mine happened to be setup just right after I installed the bridge and tuned. I did snug the heads brackets to the approximate same tension. Some seemed looser than others/ and the nut on the tail piece was loose. Other than that I find no fault in it for what it is. I'm sure there is a sound difference but to the untrained beginner, I don't think you will notice. It's a banjo.😊 I also put light gauge strings on just because everyone suggested it. It came with basic tools needed for setup, a tuner that's (ok)? And really horrible finger picks,and a soft gig bag. So that's my thoughts on it, good luck happy journey.✌️

@@banjo13149a i went and listened to the old darlings clip on andy griffith after listening to you play and it did sound like they said "bile" sometimes... curious, it almost seems like the only words that are official are those in the chorus. like whoever is preforming makes up the verses as they go...
