lol…:I trained my two kids to tuck in tight to me so I didn’t look so large. It was both both funny and fun! Now they are grown and I have time to do weight lifting twice a week and walking regularly. Getting in better shape finally!

Excellent tips! I've lost some weight but my arms still a little big, had a friend take a couple pics of me I kept telling her not to zoom but she exactly zoomed & all the pics came out terrible!😩pics I took of her of course came out fab tho! Anyway I'm going to practice the extra tips u mentioned & take my own pics! Def will gv u a follow!🤗📸
