This week on the DL: Hold the Calm
An exciting episode for those of you struggling to keep your cool during your divorce, or, quite frankly, in any sort of human interaction! As we know, where there are people, there will be conflict.
This week's special guest, Hesha Abrams, discusses her new book "Holding the Calm" and gives the A team and listeners tangible tools to master conflict resolution to take back their power.
These tools are great not only for romantic partnerships, but also work well at the office, with your kids, your in-laws or anyone else you may interact with on a daily basis!

Hello, thanks for this great podcast with such great insights of what’s really happening in this situation with a PN. It would be great to promote this content on Dr. Kerry McAvoy’s channel or that of Dr. Les Carters

I just spoke with a possible match over the phone. Ehhh, didn’t feel right. Usually, people are trying to put their best foot forward, if they’re interested and normal. But, this guy sounded so much like he was reclined, deep in a chair. It was almost way too relaxed. Was glad I used a burner number.

@@privateprivate8366 I'm glad you called and had the opportunity to hear that before meeting up with him. Narcissists are often way too cocky and relaxed with their dates. We mean nothing to them as people, and they're overconfident in their abilities. It's all compensation to prove to themselves that they're superior. If something doesn't seem right, trust your gut 👍

As a child of parental alienation, and now a parent who is on the receiving end of it, I can tell you that NO-ONE is capable of perceiving or understanding the damaging effects it can have, unless they, or someone close to them, have experienced it first hand. Making an effort to invalidate or discredit the VICTIMS in these situations, is the same as doing it to any victims of abuse and is completely careless. You should be ashamed. Thank god this has so few views. Do some more research before putting out such trash content

@@DirtyLaundryPodcast thats not my thought rather sarcasm. I am stunned that some people even so emboldened that they want to legalize parental alienation. meaning of alienation mean one parent using child to go against other parent to alienate him/her from the child of life. The lady with glass seems dangerous for life of million of child.
