Thanks for pointing out. Hyundai has *announced Adas as standard for its cars moving ahead (by 2025) as a part of safety upgrade. Yup, Sokda and VW, they will have to cut cost somewhere for highly competitive and aggressive market where you have manufacturers like maruti and tata ruling the segment entirely. They can keep their cars and features premium but 12-20 lacs segment will eat them away with awfully low sales number month on month. Selling only ~1200 units per month against 30-40k units against the competition. And it’s really tough to break through the mindsets of Indian car buyers when it comes to German build quality, safety or service. So you are right, if they don’t keep it competitive, they might have to take an exit like ford due to low and sales and declining profitability.

Need Kya hai? Uspe depend Karta hai. For reliability, maintenance and long term performance and a family car, innova is amazing. XUV 500 is a good car too. Updated, feature loaded, powerful too. But I would chose Toyota over mahindra. I have XUV 500 2019 model, and it feels premium. But drive comfort is lacking.

Ye 1.5 TSI hai, toh AC ki cooling Bahut Acchi hai. Logo ka pehle kehna tha ki 1.0 litre mein thodi problem lagti hai AC cooling mein. But aisa Kuch nahi hai strong cooling and powerful cooling.

I don’t think so. But this car has Skoda 6 speaker audio system and the audio quality is pretty good in the car. But ofcourse, if you want to upgrade it to something higher or more, you will have to do aftermarket. Which I don’t suggest is needed is this.

That was one of deciding factor for me to buy the car. The infotainment is 3 dimensional and I like how it’s projects out of dash. Looked better to me. I like the feeling of it 😇

On bad roads, I haven’t had such experience. It’s very smooth. If you are getting lot of jerks, try and drive other 1.5 kushaq to check whether it’s your car or you feel the same in other ones too. I personally do not have such experience as such. Maybe if you feel the difference, you can get your suspension checked if you feel the difference.

@@imperatorBKS totally worth it. God forbid, if something were to happen in the other side of the car then you won't get claim for both.

Really! Does it devalue the car if I take insurance for such scratches so early on? Car is just 4 months old.

@@imperatorBKS it's just a cosmetic damage right? Should not impact resale value as much even if it shows up on record. If you think non-skoda guys can repair it nicely and you're confident then go ahead. But often the finishing does not match with the car paint.

@@amartyaganguly8369 that is true. And thank you for the insight. It helps. And yes, it's cosmetic damange. Not major dents. And I have PPF on the panels. So I'm not thinking of getting the full panel repainted. And if I do take insurance, I will have to get it PPF'ed again. But let's see. I might try and spray paint it by proper filling and all. Will make a video if I can get it myself. I hope it works. Since ppf should prevent from any additional spray of color and I would cover the panel anyway and I hope it matches.

I haven’t been to the hills with this car but with 1.5 TSI engine, trust me its power will make it worth it. You won’t feel that it lacks power on steep slopes what so ever. So, you can try and have a test drive somewhere nearby and see it yourself. 👍🏻

@@vanshchauhan-kl5dj see you should choose based on what you like the most in the car. Test drive both the cars and feel the difference. You will get the right feeling for the right car. For me, drive comfort and feel good factor is less in Scorpio. Again my personal opinion. What do you seek in your car ? That's something you should seek answer to.

@@vanshchauhan-kl5dj I get your concern. If you need it for rural needs with bad roads, try what suits you in the test drive. Kushaq does not have body roll and steering is so light and smooth. Wheel base is nice too. But laded, you might feel it's less. Scorpio has some body roll and stiffer handling. Check for yourself and let me know too.

Leatherette to be precise. But great quality. Check yourself out once for sure. I like the quality and comfort. Most dealerships get these done from vendors and factories like these.

@@arun2686 hi Arun. In city im getting around 8kmpl in mild traffic. During heavy rush hour traffic with AC on, it can come around 5-7 kmpl. If you are sailing smooth without much interruptions in city, it will give you decent milegae above 10-11 kmpl

I think you misunderstood the context. I have mentioned I love this car. And aside safety, like Adas, 6 airbags, rest all features like sunroof, ventilated seats is not my thing and neither I miss them in the car. This is not the base model , mid AT variant. Yet, absolute delight of a car. Pros and cons are for usual car buyers of India, who might miss or want these features at this price point. So, it’s for them to decide what’s a pro and con for them. Because not all would be spending 22 lakhs for those as competition like creta and tata would offer much more at this given price point. So, it’s for them to decide. I hope you get my views.

True. But you end up paying extra 4 lacs premium for that. That’s a con maybe. If a buyer is getting adas, sunroof, 6 airbags, diamond cut alloys after spending 17-19 lacs in the segment, it would be worth it. But all in all, this car is amazing without those too.

Hi bro... I am owning 1.5 AT skoda kushaq. It gives me avg mileage of 13.5. In city with normal traffic it gives me 7 to 8km. However something stands out is the difference in mileage in Highways. It gives me 17 to 18 by keeping rpm at 1500 in 99% of the time

@@tonyabraham2405 Exactly the same experience. Same car same performance. I will cover that in my next video for sure. I have cloaked 21kmpl on a highway drive. if you see my latest night drive video carefully , at the end you will see the avg mileage of 19kmpl :)
