Sir what is open space reserve [OSR] n open space area in a gated cocommunity villas for senior citizens living . Can OSR b converted into Covered car parking bay for villa owners on payment by the builder/promoter. In an open space area can he creat covered car parking on payment [not a earmarked area as per blue print]. Can a corpus fund maintained by the builder/promoter /service provider is subject to the scrutiny audit of RWA till he hands over to RWA. Can we ask for income n expenditure statement, how much interest he is getting n whether it has been properly deposited in banks, n expenses he is meeting out it out of corpus fund is utilised for purpose for which it is supposed to b utilised. Sir Is there any governing rule in this regard. Pls come out with a video covering all the aspects for peaceful senior citizens living in a gated community villas. Thanks

Common amenities created with our money towards developmental charges, builder promoter sitting over as a service provider keeping all the common amenities in his name n not transferring to registered RWA. Sir pls suggest us what to do n TN RERAs role in this regard. It is of CMDA n TN RERA approved project. Sir can he hold it as a service provider for ten years. Pls clarify sir

Sir, In one of the gated community villas of Senior citizens living the builder/promoter is not handing over the common amenities to registered RWA though the project is completed since he is a service provider for 10 yrs. It is a cmda approved TN Rera registered project.. Pls come out with video n clarify thanks
