One thing that bothers me when I listen to teachers in a ministry or pastors I rarely hear that person say " Yahweh instructed me" or The Holy Spirit showed or guided me to this truth" For all of our understanding and all of our Truth comes from the Holy Spirit that teaches us, comforts us, and leads us in the Spirit. I appreciate the information but what I want to hear is what is spoken the the Holy Spirit. Hanukkah should be a historical memorial to remind our people what happened.

The Kings Messenger idea! What a thought process to consider. We are Ambassadors, and Scripture tells us we have the mind of Messiah. What a thing to meditate on. Gentlemen, the conversation is "Gold"! And again, the reality that the powers of the unseen realm "killed The Messenger" thus A Declaration of War! And lo and behold 3 Days later, our Champion made a mockery of the principalities and powers against us - triumphing over them ! Hashem Yeshua, He is A Great King!❤❤❤

19:10 QUESTION… You talk of profaning (mixing) kedusha yet isn’t the hanukkia a prime example of this? יהוה commanded Yisrael specifically about the menorah for the temple, so why profane that by making a hanukikiah? Further more why do people even have a menorah outside the temple? Surely this is profaning kedusha!

You need to spend some time with REAL Jewish people and learn Jewish history from the Jewish side. If your anywhere near a Chabod then see you you can get some time . And, Israel was in a diaspora until 1948! My have you zero idea if the pogroms and th holocaust and the Roman Catholicism church and Hamas and Hezbolah? No, why? Because you’re not JEWISH and you’re making opinions of what the “Jews “think or care about. Are you Jewish? Are you in Israel? Have you noticed you are saying “we” about being Jewish but your not speaking like your Jewish living in the world of antisemitic reality being preached from the Roman Catholic Church, and you also speak like you never learned the symbolism of the dreidel. You’re very educated, just not a Jewish education. I am a Christian and Jewish and the reasons to remember to be a macabe in the modern age is as real today as ever. We live in modern Babylon. So Holy and Profane are the main parts of the story of Hanukah . That’s why we keep it . We know what’s holy and whats profane and we want Islam to stop keeping people enslaved in the land of Israel, and the freedom to worship without restraint or prosecution planet wide too. We want Messiah now. BH

It is 100% the biggest testament to faith in the Jewish Messiah to adopt the nation in which we want to join's ways. Channukah should be celebrated "in spirit and truth[sincerity]" and we'll wind up with Channukah.

People are free to do what they want in this world... And every man does what is right in his own eyes... There are plenty of folks who celebrate their own "Holy Days"... Christians commonly celebrate Easter and Christmas... All the while... Neither are actually festivals that YeHoVaH commands us to celebrate... In fact, the Father's Word tells us NOT to do pretty much all of the rites performed these festivals... They are FAR from "holy days"... I and my house have committed to follow the Scriptures as far as what Feasts are to be honored and observed... I don't recall seeing Hanukkah as one of the Feasts of YeHoVaH... But, I also don't see anything that is inherently wrong with celebrating this Feast as long as people don't try to make it into "Jewish Christmas"... May Abba Yah Bless and Keep You...

There are more significance miracles than the one celebrated in Hannuka, for example the opening of the sea to liberate the people of IsraEl and so on and on but יהוה said these are my feasts and named them one by one in Vayikra 23. In essence, any other feasts are not of יהוה

I agree Rico. A son is born to Laban somewhere in the 1st 7 years of the bride price labor. Now Laban needs to get out of giving Jacob all the inheritance. So, as I learned from you 2 yrs. ago, if Jacob married again, taking a 2nd wife, in that culture, he has forfeited a larger part of the inheritance, even though in this case all the grandchildren would be Labans. But ultimately Labans' scheme is to disinherit Jacob altogether because now he has son to leave the wealth to. So, knowing Jacob is hooked in his heart to Rachel, supplanting Leah, (which the book of Jasher says is her older Twin sister) is the easiest way to dupe Jacob into breaking the law of the land, causing him to loose the inheritance, probably completely. In fact, when Laban catches up to him, he declares, "All of these are my children!" Paraphrase. And we note Jacob doesn't argue the point. The issue falls to the the wayside, because the new issue is "the household gods." And Rachel hiding them, brings shame to Laban for making false accusations. Really learning a lot from this conversation, it helps me think through my personal studies to come to more answers not on the surface of the Scriptures. Todah Rabah Gentlemen.

There's is still a potential death threat upon Abraham if he doesn't relinquish the woman, be it sister or wife. He's in their realm, a foreigner who has not the rights of a citizen. He is subject to their gods and their rule. He has to be dependent on Yah to get him and her out of this pickle.

I'd love to hear some more in-depth discussion on "our bodies are the temple" topic. I realise that a temple, in essence, is a dwelling place of our GOD, but it really has gone much further than that in many groups. It hasn't sat right with me, and it sounds like it certainly doesn't with you guys either.
