This is by far the creepiest bumper ever commissioned for a children's network. This aired throughout July and August of 1990, and it was eventually pulled after one month according to Nickstory. Gee, I wonder why... Animated by Michael Frierson and Martha Garrett.

Reuploaded due to quality issues, these are bumpers for what was the Nickelodeon equivalent of Boomerang, which only ran in Latin America for a few months before it was replaced with a local version of Nick at Nite. The Ren and Stimpy bumper, interestingly enough, uses footage from the Adult Party Cartoon... Video credit goes to Andre Luiz Sens.
