They make bead seal/ lubricant specifically for this and as a mechanic I 100% recommend not using antisieze on your wheels.

I just bought some "MOOG" ball joints for my 280z. They're "made in Japan". I've historically bought MOOG since they were good. I paid $70 and got sent some China knock off garbage that the sellers claims is moog.

Now it still needs to be balanced. Better off bringing it to Walmart 26 a tire with lifetime balance and rotation

Off topic, but Does anyone know what size the sector shaft needle bearing is in our steering gear box? My reman autozone is sloppy after just a year of service life. It has lifetime warranty, but i don't think they reman rhe bearings on there steering boxes, just the seals.. I'm thinking of doing a rebuild, but it's my daily driver and I hear the rebuilds don't help much beyond the seals.

Pretty sure you can also heat them up to separate them

What's the bearing number / code stamped on it?? Do you remember? I'm going to do mine but my sector shaft is LOOSE at the input shaft. I'd like to get the right bearing so i won't be waiting on one in the mail since my trucks a daily driver.

Me and my buddy are unfortunately in your same boat with an old Honda Accord. It’s all junk. We tried multiple different brands on rock auto/autozone and it’s all the same garbage in a different box. Some of them literally look exactly the same. So far Delphi is okay? Not gonna boast about longevity yet but they have made it past the 6 month mark whereas the mevotrash is already done. The only thing I’ve found to be quality is OEM, but unfortunately everything is discontinued now so it’s the eBay hunt for NOS parts. I’m currently on the hunt for old control arms with good ball joints. It seems that’s the only way now. Trying to find NOS control arms or some from a low mileage one that was rear ended.

My transfer case caused a P700 and p733 code. while driving the gear would slip and make a grinding noise. I found a hairline crack in the top of the transfer case where the fluid was leaking out. I drained the fluid out of the transfer case and metal pieces came out. I replaced the transfer case and the truck drives better than ever. I called 2 transmission shops and both of them swore the only time a P700 or other transmission codes activate is when there is an internal transmission problem. They quoted me 4k to rebuild the transmission when the real problem was the transfer case.
