What Makes Him the Best Lulu in Challenger? | What You’re Missing in 2025
Hey everyone :) In this video, we break down what makes Kaseko, the top Lulu in Challenger EUW (2025), such a powerhouse and to learn from him. This is naturally just scratching the surface I focused more on early-mid (and common mistakes), there's so much to learn for aspiring Lulu mains and support players alike.
I plan to cover every elo bracket [low, mid, high] so there will be something for everyone and every role. If you enjoy this type of educational content, don’t forget to like, comment, and subscribe for more! Let me know in the comments what you’d like to see next-maybe another champion or a specific elo bracket. Thanks for watching, and I’ll see you on the rift!

My glorious GOAT was bullying this Melhazar💀😭🙏🏾
17:30 bro r u adequate, what server do u play on? Where are these many lulus???? Sure as hell no proper lulu main is just default shielding herself there
EUW, what about you? I see these issues all the time through my 5 years of coaching. As i said, some better than others, but naturally this video is targetted to be generalized so people of all elos can learn.
11:25 I don’t think any lulu above plat is gonna chill, we r not 2014 man, plz stop saying that
Heya, my account is going through emerald elo at the moment, you'd be surprised how many enchanters I see hide behind without understanding pressure. By chill I'd further clarify - I'd assume most lulu mains above plat knows how to press abilities on their adc when the adc walks forward, but my focus here is soaking the pressure for the adc (creating the opportunity) and pressuring forward rather than putting the agency on the adc. Naturally its a generalization of course - some supports are better in this than others in this department, each to their own strengths~
@ d4 eune enchanters are pressing hella hard
@ I've never really played much on EUNE, not sure what's the level like there, but it's nice if they are good in this department (pressure). Again, its a generalization naturally, but you'd be surprised how many plat+ lulus don't understand pressure.
2nd best Lulu---I'm the best.
That's the spirit
@@ataluscas LOL
love the vid, looking forward for next one
Thank you :) More will come!
Huge thanks to Kaseko, the Rank 1 support in Challenger EUW currently and also a multi-season challenger player. You can check out his gameplay at www.twitch.tv/kaseko. Cheers!
YOYOYO
The Malzahar/Allistar skirmish was extremely helpful. Play it slow. I'll have to keep reminding myself that.
Another banger.
Also - in noxus minions do more damage, have less hp, xp range also got increased which makes freezing less effective (wasnt the most doable mid anyway) but regardless, it makes aggro playstyle even better because we've more time to roam or plate, basically do "stuff", which increases your agency in your games :)
Another one is out!
Subbed and excited to see how to navigate this champion.
Thanks for the video, I appreciate it. I started playing Jayce and have already played 40-50 games on him, but I still struggle a lot in some matchups. Sometimes I wonder if I'm even improving. Not giving up! I've been enjoying the champion a lot. A question for you: how many games would you say it took you to truly understand the champion and its limits? I'd say the biggest thing i've come to realize is how vital for this champ is to pressure lvl 1 and get an early kill.
Hey good sir, perhaps you could reach out on discord (hevinix) I could have a look at your games? that's a lot of games especially since season just started wow, It's definitely different for different people (for many reasons) - but generally for jayce the learning curve should be around 100+ games before complete* fluidity with the combos etc. I got it faster but before playing Jayce i have been playing league since the beta so I had quite some experience with league as a whole, and before league i was competitive in Dota2 as well (maining invoker) which means I was used to pressing a bunch of buttons. Also league was my main career when I was picking up jayce which meant I had the luxury of time, putting in many hours a day even doing CS practice in custom game etc. Now don't be discouraged naturally if you feel you are not fully smooth yet (I mess up QE sometimes even till today for eg.) it's only human :) all the best, and do reach out if you wish to, I'll be glad to have a look at your jayce!
@@Hevinix Thanks! I sure will! I think the biggest mistake I used to make in my early Jayce 20-30 games was not giving the proper care to level 1 as I was used to playing melee champs. I was being too passive level 1. Since I started being more aggressive in lvl 1, I would say I've been getting better.
Do you have any recommended builds? Appreciate your spreadsheet and video very much!
I'll need some time to best adjust it to the 2025 season - but at the moment, tank is definitely still viable versus matchups that kill you easily (eg. irelia), however it also seems less good because of how fast paced noxus feels (with the feats of strength tho I think this should be changed soon...) - Additionally, I do think conq is standing out the most for me thus far, with eclipse (top) - and conq (im starting to lean to conq this season)/electro mid with yoummus/eclipse first (depending on opponent comp), and the rest is standard jayce (situationally) such as eon, sereldya (3rd), hubris (i've seen this as well) etc. Might not be what you want to hear, but I have no real fully recommended one, seems pretty flexible/adaptable right now depending on opponent comp, and nothing really stands out yet as "better" than the others, perhaps better in the game (for example edge of night 2nd is really good in a game against janna and zac for instance), but none that really "stands out" above the rest in general. At least for now (10/01/2025) - need more games in and I think some changes will come. I have also been testing symbiotic shoes on jayce MID and I actually think it's really really good, because of the tempo it gives you, with feats of strength its even better.
No problem, I understand it’s all still fresh in the new season. I was just curious about some core items that are currently best for Jayce in the meta. I suppose Manamune is not an option, as you didn’t mention it, which is something I didn’t know. Thanks again for these free tips :)
@@lgmzzotgunoiofrhnr oh nono, i didnt mention manamune because its such a natural core (tear) that I didn't mention it hahaha its a huge spike for jayce** There are some builds going on with pure assassin jayce lethality without going tear (and using presence of mind instead), but i think having the tear just makes mana mangement much easier for majority
Sorry for the sniff sounds anyway yall, was recording this at random 4/5am with a cold just because I couldnt sleep, when i re-listen to it I am aware of the sniffing but shouldnt be there mostly if I'm relatively "normal" 😅 cheers.

very good!
Nice video bro! I was pleasantly surprised to see a lot of the good advice and general rules of thumbs that you provided here, it was actually really helpful for me personally! I liked your justification and humor of the failed TP play botlane too x). Here's a suggestion for structural and convenience purposes: it might be more easy for you to really hone in on a specific clear subject if you split up your vod reviews into different stages of the game. For example: a single 12 minute video on how to play Jayce from the mid to late game or in team fights, how to play around the map or how to recoup on him when you are behind. I'm sorry if it seems like I'm giving too much feedback to your vods, don't feel obliged to listen to my advice either. I'm very excited to see how your content continues to improve going forward! :D just keep cooking bro!
All good :) I appreciate all feedback & take them to heart to improve no worries about it thanks for taking your time out to comment. I appreciate the support and i'll work on continuing to make my content better for 2025! I actually absorbed a lot of your advice for my psych video (ep2), both regarding pacing, ease of watching, etc. but yeah cheers man!
@@Hevinix I did notice a huge improvement from the last one! I'm glad my feedback was helpful too :D.
My quick2 minute guide on combos for those who are not familiar with jayce combos is still (currently) completely the same - (ua-cam.com/video/7qyvX85PYc0/v-deo.html )
Around 11:02 I didnt finish explaining - If its above high emerald (what to do then if syndra reacts everytime?) - you have to at that point space and bait out her E, so use movespeed from E and change form R but dont walk straight, jiggle abit to abit out the E before you can all in. Alternatively, start with hammer form!
The combos are still the same as of today (end of season 14) before noxus season.
I absolutely hate the fact that Kuro made them enemies that you need fight on the map 😢😢😢😢😢😢😢
@@nagasolaire8462 I fully agree...my heart stings everytime I have to kill them if theyre guarding a chest or something and I avoid killing them if I can :/

If you want more viewers to return after watching your content, slow down the video to normal speed (use the speed up effect more sparingly with some variation to help tell the story by skipping unimportant details with speedups, while normalizing the speed of the important parts of the video), add some form of voice interaction (most people don't want to be stressing out about understanding annotated text on a double speed video when on their toilet breaks or days off- so think about making the video as easy as possible for people to watch to at least give players the illusion they are learning), switch out or turn off the Zelda style music it doesn't follow the theme of the random ear destroying meme audio. While we are on the topic: Reduce the DB level of the meme audio, or just remove them, I feel like I'm being jump scared half of the time here. I know that I'm being very critical here, and advice like this will 99% of the time fall upon deaf ears because it's triggering, but nonetheless I'm being genuine. With these tips the editing process will normally take 1-2 hours or more, good luck.
@@mynameissolongbecauseilike6446 heya, I appreciate you taking your time out to write such informative feedback and no worries it doesnt fall on deaf ears, those are extremely valid points and well taken. I'll definitely work on it and produce better content👌 thanks!
