Before I forget: I am just a doctor, 75 years old, and interested in scientific updates every morning!

I watched it and really enjoyed it, but I thought I would ask you: who else uses GPCRs as therapeutic targets in anti-aging (mitochondrial) besides these supplements? Quercetin; Metformin; Resveratrol; Cholecalciferol; alphalipoic acid; CoQ 10; L-carnitine and NAD+?

It was close, but sorry we didn't overlap in Costa's lab. My favorite example of an efficacious drug that hits multiple targets is amiodarone.
