When can we check our status? Is it after May 2025?
I have a bachelors degree in civil engineering from an American college and have more than 5 years in experience in that field. I came to the US with a visitor visa when I was 6 years old and obtain DACA before turning 18. I have renewed my DACA every since without having any gaps. I do qualify for H1b or EB-2 if my employer want to sponsor me correct?
Hi, I just found your video! Very informative! Other than salary & stock options, are there any other compensation alternatives? Also, does the company still need to be E-verified?
My wife and I applied separately but using the same photos. Could we be disqualified?
Hi! Do you think you talk more about the fields/ jobs that apply under h-1b visas? For example, what is the job is not eligible under the H-1b visa. As well, as what if one is not working on the same field of the degree, can they go back to school and get the appropriate degree of the job they’re already in?
Hi Jordan! Thanks for your comment - we'll definitely keep this in mind and pass this on to the team! We'll make sure to keep you updated.
So my parent was born in the UK but his dad was born in Ireland. Does that make my parent a Irish citizen at the time of my birth? Thanks
Hi! Did your parent claim his Irish citizenship before your birth? It sounds like you would qualify via Irish-born grandparents.
@McEnteeLawGroupImmigration No unfortunately I dont think he did officially he didn't apply for a passport or anything? I'm trying to register on the foreign birth register.
@@The_neon_nomad Okay, got it! We can definitely help with that. Can you share your name & email so our team can reach out?
Hi, do you think the chances for a german tax adviser (enrolled Agent) which works for german clients whose want to invest in the US is a good candidate for the H 1-B Visa?

My great-grandmother was born in Ireland and married my great-grandfather(USA citizen) in Wisconsin. She lays at rest in Lake Geneva, WI. May this allow my to get Irish Citizenship? Thank you.
My great-grandmother was born and raised in Ireland before she married an American in Wisconsin. I was born in Minnesota and full USA citizen. What may I do to get full citizenship in Ireland? I don’t want the “Retirement Visa” because I want to work in Ireland/EU since only in my 50’s. What is “Nationalism by Association”? Thanks.
From what I understand you would need to demonstrate a strong association to Ireland and apply for citizenship by association, not descent. Citizenship is only passed down by descent for two generations. If your parent or grandparent claimed Irish citizenship by descent before you were born then you might be eligible by descent as well.
Erin is exactly right. It needs to be a parent or grandparent for the by descent process. The by association process is discretionary and a much higher standard.
Sure. Win the elections and get in charge.
I did not complete high school, but I completed two college diplomas. For highest education level, do I just check off high school (since college diplomas should more than cover the high school equivalency)? It was not a vocational school.

Just bc they deserve respect doesn’t mean they deserve citizenship

Trump Trump Trump
Hey for Applications based on descent it says that you have to legally reside for 3 years in Ireland upon approval. Does that mean you cant travel or work within the EU until you complete 3 years of residency.
Absolute morons!!! Trump 2024!!
How much they pay you to go there?
Say im braindead wo saying im braindead! 😂😂😂
I wonder at times, just who might have Fell out of that Coconut Tree and Landed on their Head, and suffered Medical Problems that causes "Cacklings" and "Word Salad Talking"?

Hi there, we only do inbound U.S. immigration
Are you able to obtain Decent citizenship if it’s your great grandparent who was born in Ireland?
Getting citizenship through great grandparents is a discretionary process and not as straightforward as the FBR. It's a higher standard and not a direct claim.
Can you apply to become a citizen to immigrate there? My great grandmother was born there but my father and grandmother never established their lineage formally.
DALE recipients are able to travel with advance parole ?
Yes, if you have a qualifying reason. If you need help I can help you gladly
This was so helpful! Thank you 🙏
Awesome! We are so happy we could help! Feel free to reach out to us if you need any further assistance.

Hi @99ir36, have you checked out our other videos regarding Irish Citizenship?
@@McEnteeLawGroupImmigration not yet, I want to know if I qualify. It is important to me...

@@McEnteeLawGroupImmigration both my grand parents parents were born in Ireland technically still grand parents just great grand parents.
Thank you! This is great information- just what I was looking for to get started.
You're welcome! Glad it helped :)
I live in nyc. I applied to the FBR through descent of my grandparent I heard from the Foreign birth registry July 31st via email. * Here's the timeline for me: * Irish citizenship Application Payment received On 9/22/23 *10 months later On 7/31/24 Fbrentitlement emailed me to confirm my address *According to the experience of people on *According to the experience of people on message boards and forums... After I confirm my address I'm almost done * I will get an email about 1 month later confirming my citizenship * * 2 weeks after that the citizenship and the other supporting documents should arrive in the mail So l'm close. My question is this: will they send me some sort of a document certifying that I am a citizen? s there an additional fee for this? Is it mandatory to go to a ceremony and take an oath, if I get citizenship by descent. thank you
You will recieve an FBR certificate after the final email saying congratulations. This document will be used to apply for your passport. You won't need your grandads docs but your parents docs if I'm correct along with yours. For the ceremony I'm not too sure if its mandatory but it's an important. One question which I'm still wondering is the residency rule. They say that you should legally reside in ireland for three years upon approval. So I wonder if that puts a halt on any work or travel you do within the EU.
I will be sending in a FBR for my minor son who was born in the US. Could you tell me how the letter from the School or Doctor should be written? Will it just need to have his Name, DOB, and address on it or does the signer need to include additional information?

Could you please give me a guide where i can find Post Nuptial Citizenship Certificate?because i'm currently applying for an irish citizenship through descent and the FBR requested this cert. Thank you .
Hi @ibrahimburas2167, thanks for your comment. You may need to call FBR and get a replacement if no one in the family has the original Post Nuptial Citizenship Certificate.
