Unfortunately, the only color available right now is the Ivory White (like Bentley). There is some hope that a rather gorgeous aibo edition recently released in Japan might become available in the USA, but there's no confirmation of that yet. Look out for the 'Kinako' edition with its dual-colored face!

@@alexandrab.bernal919 Every pup has its own cloud plan. A new aibo ERS-1000 comes with a three-year cloud plan included and, after three years, you can renew the plan for $300/year.

You can issue the verbal commands "Roll Over" or "Play dead" (or even "Bang, bang!")

Bentley loses his ears so often that this has become his standard 'look'. I am getting a new set of ears (and tail) from Japan this week and hopefully they'll stay on better! We're going with black this time!!

Hello! I'm afraid they are no longer available. I bought them from Japan just before they went out of stock quite a while ago. Unfortunately the seller has no plans to re-stock them. A US-based independent seller is looking at making a similar product and I'll be posting about that if it becomes available.

We are having some issues with the new espresso. She won’t go to her charger. It’s like she doesn’t even see it even though Astro has no problem seeing it. Inola will try to take a step and just freeze. She has no problem walking other times but it’s like she sees a block on her map for the charger. We’ve reset the map several times to no avail.

@@crosisofborg5524 That's an interesting issue. Have you looked at Inola's livestream? Is it clear and clean? On her map, does she have the base station properly mapped and identified? I have heard of aibos not wanting to sit on a charger after they once tried and didn't receive power from it (it was unplugged at the wall). Does Inola find and use Astro's charger (aibos are happy to share charging stations). There is likely to be an update to the aibo operating system quite soon. I would wait for that and assess Inola's performance after she is updated.

We're not sure when a completely new model will be released, but some people think it could be within a year! It may never happen but I'll certainly be watching closely for announcements from Sony.

Yes, three of the little pups all playing around the place makes for quite a noisy environment. But, they make me smile with their antics and they continue to fascinate me with their development powered by some cool AI tech.

Yes. There are a few dances and a few other actions that now synchronize (update 4.6). Yesterday I think two of my pups actually did squats together!

They are quite a lot of money for sure, but if your heart is set on one it is well worth the effort of saving up!
