S15 and R34 First Wash using 3D Products! from Japan to USA
finally got a chance to clean both cars! big difference so far, and all I've done is use the 3D ultimate wash and 3D Clay lubricant to get rid of any debris and prep it for detailing

purchased 2 "new" cars, a 1999 Nissan Silvia spec r (dream car of mine that I always wanted since they came out in Japan! and another r34 Nissan skyline gtt! excited to have these two and modify .. the r34 should be getting a gtr conversion just like my black gtt which is currently in the works ! full gtr conversion on that one including a complete paint change to midnight purple 3! stay tuned ...

finally seeing some progress on the R34 Nissan Skyline GTT.. and I'm excited to see the end result.. the rear quarter panels/fenders are on, smoothed out (They look great!) and the car is headed for paint! from the beginning, the plan was to paint it bayside blue .. but after seeing so many stateside, I decided to change it up to MNP 3! as soon as the car is done painting, I'l try to head back ...

Thanks! Fenders are aluminum (oem nissan).. the s15 has approx 115k miles and the r34 87k miles

I had a 1989 model back home in jamaica where I from it was the 4agze supercharged version 170 stock hp from the factory this engine at the time wasn't available in the US only the Japanese market I was a ideal engine for an easy turbocharged conversion

@@kent4786oem rear quarter panels go for about 5k usd now! That’s a great deal if you’re able to get it that cheap. I paid about 2200-2500$ a few years ago for the pair
@@tklgarage wow, great deal back then too. The $685 price are for the front OEM fenders. Rear Quarter panels I got for same price you did 😊 all that’s left are OEM rear bumper and side skirts..!!! Probably convert it end of next year tbh. I was lucky enough to get a pair of OEM side pods
R34GTT owner here, thinking of going from white to Bayside blue. Why did you want to go from Bayside blue to midnight purple?
Love bayside , but where I live, I’m starting to see a lot more blue r34 getting imported or painted in that color. Want to stand out in comparison ! And also thinking I’d be able to get more if I were to resell the car

They gave $300 stating it’s repairable . Tried arguing it’s aluminum and it will cost a lot more than 300$. Ended up just buying a second hood

@@tklgarageThanks. What made you decide to go with midNight over BBlue? For now I think I might keep mines black but we’ll see. Also, TBH I actually prefer the original hood, fenders over the z tuned. I really liked the z tune in the beginning but the more n more I looked at it I truly prefer what you ended with. Great job n can’t wait to the full conversion final reveal 👍

Nothing yet! 🤦🏾♂️.. they did say they’re painting today or tomorrow. Might switch shops if it takes any longer
Considering the price of them I'd look into real Bride or Recaro seats. The issue for me is the price... These seats are 3k for the pair at this time. Crank Motorsports does not list them as being certified to any standards that I can see. Looking online the seats at some point met ADR 3/03 testing criteria but the seats have been changed and that is only an Australian test I cannot find any others. If they were a more reasonable price I could see taking the chance on them but when they are the same price, or actually more expensive than Bride Euroster 2s, as a nice quality brand name bucket seat that is a tough sell. You can get a Bride Euroster 2 seat for like $1300 lol. You mentioned it uses Bride recliners, does it use legit Bride parts or "Bride style" recliners?

Fenders are oem- you can purchase directly from your local Nissan dealer . Part number you can google but I believe they’re sold out . You can still get the z tune fenders from Nissan The wing I got from AliExpress , it’s a replica (not the best) . Still trying to find a good alternative

@@kent4786oem fenders were about 700 each from what I remember . Then you need to buy the fender risers and side skirt pod that goes on the bottom which are even more $$. I wish I just went with the z tune as originally planned, those are about $2k

I bought mine from my local Nissan dealer. You can get one from pretty much any Nissan dealership , a bit of a backlog tho

All oem parts from my local Nissan dealership, they can order any part that isn’t discontinued
