Spy Rise is overrated and overhyped, I give Spy Rise a D tier I just dont see why people like him
Blackout is S tier i dont care what you say his soul gem can be obtained without Knight Mare and his soul gem mive is really really insane, it does alot of damage and pulls enemies into it and Blackout has a glitch he can do to make him invincible until he is removed from the portal

I do not tolerate the Sunburn hate! Sunburn is a good Skylander, sure he has the problem of having 2 transport moves but thats what Phoenix's do! Eruptor is worse than Sunburn, I atleast give Sunburn an A tier
