Cutting toenails on the ground

Using a handling facility to help you trim the toenails of more difficult animals single-handedly. At first she is very fidgety and doesn't know what to expect. She has a bucket of food but is too anxious at the start to eat. As she understands what is happening, she is able to stand for trimming and to enjoy a snack at the same time.

    I have the same problem with alpaca's at the farm I volunteer at ( I won't say due to privacy and protection) but I am training the less dominant one Patrick

    Terrific people, wonderful animals - Victoria provides a perfectly delightful experience with the animals and is utterly knowledgeable about all things alpaca and llama. Go visit - if I were closer I would be there as often as I could!
