Wow thats pretty amazing video analysis!

Love this home, the colors and floorplan is perfect for me. Only thing I would change is add a window to the hallway, baseboards if available, and a shower ILO a tub in the master. I would also eliminate the transom windows as I do not like the way they look when they are on the front facade...the back is ok, just not in front. Thanks for a great tour, this home is an incredible value!

If you are interested we ordered a Harthman it should be finished this week we added windows moved the patio door added can lights to the living room and added outside lights, if you would like to do another video of a Harthman we would definitely be accommodating

TOO MANY WINDOWS..use up valuable wall space for furniture!! When it gets cold outside, who wants to sit on furniture against a window!!! There is already ENOUGH WINDOWS!

Blows my mind how expensive even mobile homes have become. A few years ago this would have been 35-40K, tops. Oh well....wood costs more, labor costs more, I'm sure everything costs more.....

One of the reasons you may not tow this is that some bridges have a minimum height. This house looks like it may not be able to pass under certain bridges like most campers. Also, this may require a very large truck to pull it. Tiny homes are generally built to be stationary homes. Similar to a mobile home.

Just about everyone I follow do voice overs, some use music all the kinds I don't care for. I just mute it. I don't find your voice annoying. I even listen to people who speak differently from me all the time. In the beginning I thought their voice was annoying and I would mute it, but now I just listen, I'm use to it, for we all are different. Some feel the need to control others, always have to tell everyone on the face of the earth what to do. As if God put them in charge to govern the globe. I'm glad you are doing you, Don't let these individuals tell you what to do with your channel. Another option they have is to kick rocks. This is my first time to your channel and I sub ! Good job !

It has the feeling of a trailer park home, albeit a high end one.

You can't stop talking during the videos that is keeping your viewers entertained and keeps their interest focused! I love your conversation you lead the audience into further study on the features you point out to them. You ask about things you aren't sure about, either it's name or function. For example; the open at the bottom of the bathroom is for storage and the large elevated areas in a shower or tube is for sitting. The small extensions higher up are for bath and shower supplies. I really like the number of home tour's you combined in this session. Please continue you tour's I think you are doing great because you kept my attention and made me smile.

Wow... The Blue outside color is striking. & a True Eye Opener! nice inside neutral color. This will be the right home for the right person or family. I love your videos. I always watch. & like.👍 I definitely understand. Just to tour mobile homes or modulars. You have to travel to the location. Sometimes for hours at a time. You have asked Managment for permission to film their homes once you arrive. & it’s a lot of walking and holding that camera 📷/gimbal. And a lot of times. The homes don’t have air-conditioning. Because they are not connected to electricity. Especially when it’s 🥵 Hot outside. Keep up the awesome work.👍🙂 we are rooting for you.👏👏👏👏

Hey I'm sorry I just watched your video and I would prefer giving you. The expecting to been quiet cause not that you do it and you're kind of funny. But some people are just way too talking and opening every freaking door in the place and it's a waste of time.
