This is like a dream to me... Is this what she meant by "Heaven is a place on Earth"? Can you imagine if all 8 billion of us lived in this kind of environment? There would be no wars, much less angry people and kids would be so much happier. There is no need for cars at all if the whole world would adopt golf carts for driving about and use high speed trains for journeys. I wonder, are people in Peachtree ever talking about Chinese electric vehicles? You can import all sorts of fairly cheap and reliable vehicles that you might find more use than average American. Literally anything you imagine, small electric excavators, rickshaws for cargo, tiny dump "trucks"... I can see great business potential for someone that has these, he can come to your garden without leaving big trails, dig a big hole and leave in 20 minutes without even making a noise.

It's a great location if you drive south often on I75 and I85. It's right on the secret bypass avoiding Atlanta. I've used 16 often when I was in Newnan. Also you can have a half hour debate on exactly how to say Senoia, 😅.

Well, the seller was an a-hole. Radon is easily fixed, too.

When I was doing my radon training, the instructor showed us the most recent data which was from 2019 and it basically showed that radon does not affect human health like we thought it did. The drop in lung cancer rates directly correlates to the drop in smoking and basically radon was this big scary boogeyman sold to the American people on unproven science. I have tested houses for radon and then tested them a week later and they have wildly different levels. Dangerous one day and then almost non-existent two days later.

Bought a property without a survey, not a single problem... I know the property line really well based on the city plat map. You dont ALWAYS need a survey, UNLESS you plan to modify or change things. In your example with the pool i agree a survey is needed
