Water is made of hydrogen and oxygen, both of which are gas. Are gas wet themselves? No. So, Water is not wet itself, it just makes other things wet. Eren is correct about this....but wrong about ending 80% of humanity.
Mikasa has part of it right. Water is sticky, it sticks to other things and itself causing a sensation of wet to b applied to whatever it sticks to.

Yo what is this Manga? I've seen that it is already hyped up. I thought this was some other work from an author who already has a series that's popular cuz I see people talk about it. But when I checked on MAL, he didn't really have anything. Are the first few chapters really that good?

/unjoke only one chapter is out so far and I only skimmed through it while making this video but it seems pretty bland, I'd honestly just read/watch GANGSTA for the yakuza aspect and Demon Slayer for the magic katana aspect /rejoke it is truly the number one manga of all time
