मुझे Dec 25/2024 क़ो दो stent लगे है और उसकी दवाई चल रही है तो ऐसे मे क्या मै आप द्वारा बताई suppliments लें सकता हूँ? मेरा दो साल पहले L4,S1 मै नस दबने से सर्जरी कर उस जगह plates लग रखा है तब से मुझे कभी कभी मे्रे बायां पेर मै काटे जैसी चुभन होती है फिर अगले या दो दिन बाद अपने आप गायब हो जाती है और मे्रे बाएँ पेर का पंजा ऊपर की और नहीं मुड़ता है जैसे foot drop होता है उसी पैर क़े घुटने क़े नीचे वाले मुसल भी ढील्ले पड़ गए है l चलते समय उस पेर पर ताकत थोड़ी कम महसूस होती है l तो क्या यह ठीक हो सकता है?
