Yes, Even my family faced this problem. Not a single ola or uber cabs we got back from Lonavala. We had to book a local cab with the help of the hotel manager. So OLA and UBER ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THESE KIND OF THINGS ALSO GOVERNMENT AUTHORITIES.

For better understanding what is the issue search "ola uber and pune rta case" On google, its 5th time aggregator licence is rejected in Pune.

This happens alot . Locals there are not educated so this is kind of job and earning for them because they can’t do anything else . Police is not helping clearly shows they are with them . This is harrasment and ola /uber should not have option of lonavala if its not legal or some msg should prompt on app for driver and customer both. This is not fair . What are concern authorities doing god knows !

या सगळ्यावर एकच तोडगा आहे . लोणावळा बुकिंग कोणीही घ्यायची नाही. त्यांनाच येऊ दे आणि घेऊन जाऊ दे. हजार बाराशे साठी कशाला मार खायचा काम करून स्वतःचा अपमान करून घ्यायचा. जर पुणे मुंबई वरून कॅब गेल्या नाहीत ड्रॉप करायला. तर विषयच राहणार नाही. लोणावळा वाल्यांना म्हणाव तुम्हीच या आणि तुम्हीच घेऊन जा. मग बरोबर हॉटेल आणि लोकल धंद्यावर परिणाम झाला की कळेल. कारण तिथल्या टॅक्सी वाल्यांच्या बऱ्यापैकी गाड्या वाईट नंबर प्लेट आहेत. आणि आपण टॅक्स भरून आपल्याला हा त्रास आहे. पोलीस काही नाही करणार याच्या मध्ये राजकीय पाठिंबा आहे त्यांना . त्यापेक्षा नो लोणावळा. बहिष्कार टाका लोणावळ्या वरती बिलकुल ट्रिप घेऊ नका.

Re Verify challan. Whether it is legal or not from your local rto office.. Or it's just fake challan or other charges are applied. Also ask rto if it is legal or not for ola Uber to operate in lonawala.

Keep forwarding this video until it reaches the vigilance department of India, find a journalist who can publish your ordeal in his newspaper along with that challan copy, remember to keep photocopy of that challan as time goes it can fade away, you have done an excellent job by making youtube video.
