Hello everyone! Here's a compilation from a couple outings I was on in the aftermath of the major snow/ice storm the midwest had last week. Due to the cold temperatures, the snow has stayed around for a while which gave me the chance to catch some trains around town on the UP and BNSF. Howdy folks! Haven't been able to post much recently due to working full time and other personal things to sort out, but am back now. A few weeks ago a couple buddies and I made another trip up to the BNSF southern transcon for a weekend. Hello all! A few weeks ago, Evan and I ventured up to chase one of the last roadrailer trains going westbound, train 255 from Detroit to Kansas City. Saw it a few locations. First, coming into Decatur then in Harristown and finally in Curran. May these trains rest in peace as they now become part of railroad history. Here's how it all turned out. Enjoy!
