I haven't really played Turbo, but a lot of stun values changed and the Wingnut air bug is mostly gone. While most of the basic combo strings should still work, they might not be enough to stun those characters anymore. Despero EX juggling after super is gone. Wonder Woman doing a juggle after a sweep is gone. Wonder Woman Lasso ignoring juggle points is gone.

It's a game written in M.U.G.E.N. It's not a console game. The newest version is TMNTxJL Turbo, is make in I.K.E.M.E.N Go, and is available in full and free at the link in the description.

The way we used to play this in versus was through the Debug Mode that was accessible through a Gameshark code. When you would pick the option, it would give you a 3-digit number to enter for the stage (any stage in the game, including unused ones!). Once you did, you could pick both teams out of the characters on your single save file. 1P controller would control both so we had to pass the controller back and forth. That's why we only use generic characters. To play this online, there are two different ways. For the Playstation 1 version, use Mednafen/NullDC BEAR. You can't use cheats online to enable Debug Mode, but there's a way to embed it into a save state. I haven't really tried this, so I couldn't really tell you how further than that. However, NullDC BEAR does have command options that would allow two different people access to the 1P controller. The second way (which I also haven't tried) is documented in the Tactics League Discord listed in the description. It uses the PPSSPP emulator to use the versus mode that is in the PSP version War of the Lions.
