Sichuanese-inspired Noodles ( 사천 국수)
Hi guys, so this is my first ever video. Its not exactly a traditional recipe but I did take some inspiration and ideas from Sichuanese cuisine. Sorry if the lightings or the direction aren't clear enough. That's why I included the ingredients list down here for you to check through. :)
Also, there's a Korean version for the recipe just for convenience.
Ingredients :
For the tuna topping:
1 tbs canola oil
1 tbs of toban djan (Doubanjiang)
1 tbs of black vinegar/mature vinegar
2 cloves of minced garlic
1 tsp of minced ginger
1 star anise and 1 cinnamon stick
Half of a can of tuna
1 tsp of sugar (I forgot to include this along in the video)
For the broth :
1 tbs of mushroom flavored soy sauce (or any flavored soy sauce)
1 tbs of light soy sauce
A bit of white pepper
A bit of salt to your taste.
Chilli oil:
6 tbs of heated oil (around 270 degrees Celcius)
5 tbs of grounded toasted dried chilli peppers
1 tsp of sesame seeds
Others :
Cabbage or bok choy as the greens.
Noodles (dried)

다진마늘 - 2 개
다진생강 - 1 작술

흑식초/맛술 - 1 큰술
국물:
버섯맛의간장 - 1 큰술
진간장 - 1 큰술
백후추 - 조금
소금 - 조금
고추기름 :
뜨거운 식용유(270도) - 6 큰술
고춧가루 - 5 큰술
참깨 - 1 작술
양배추
사리국수 - 1개
