Hello so im actually a bit confused on what your doing so your basically gambling and betting that those shovels will rise in price because it looks cool…. If they don’t you just wasted all that money? And the pokemon are the same thing you purchased those pokemon and are betting that they are gonna rise in price also ? Can you 100% guanratee that what your doing will make you rich I’m not trying to be rude but this seems like a risky thing I see a lot of players do I invested in maybe 30 shovels and ghost candles but 120 seems like a lot bro but good luck!
Yea, I'm essentially hedging that the shovels will increase in price based on their look, and the fact that they're an exclusive vanity. I spent 20-30k per shovel so I'm betting they'll be worth more than that in the future. The pokemon are similar yes. I bought most of them for the low which is called a 'snipe' meaning I bought them for less than what they are worth. Old/rare pokemon have historically proven to rise in price as the supply is low, and the demand is high. Especially with older pokemon, the more time that goes by, the older and more rare they become. I can't guarantee anything because predicting markets with 100% certainty is impossible, but I can say with the upmost confidence that the pokemon will keep rising in price. I made a video called 'How Rare Are Old Pokemon in PokeMMO?' that goes into great detail on why they're worth a lot, and will continue to rise in value. Also, 120 is def a lot, I kinda went all out with the shovel investment because I was leaving for basic training and wanted my money to be used on investments since I wouldnt be around to use it. Hope that explains things, but lmk if I can clear up anything else!

Thank you! You were my main inspiration for getting into investing in rare/old mon, so it's cool to hear you approve! I've never seen a wild caught North Pole shiny. Honestly didn't think one existed. Looking at it rn, id def say that's a fair price considering the particles, nature, IVs, it's masterballed, and the fact that it's likely a 1/1 shiny. Lots of cool things going on with it. I'd personally buy it if I had the capital tbh. Also yea, I noticed the 2012 Feebas market shot up after your ban which is funny/cool.

Congrats on your bachelor's degree! Take your time to figure everything out. It's more important in the long run and I understand the struggle. I finished my bachelor's degree earlier this year and figured out my longterm financial situation in the last two weeks. It feels amazing to have everything sorted and then enjoying hobbies, etc. again. Take care, you're going to do great!
