shame to hear about your paint issues mine came in without any but then again thats figure collecting as a whole. as for the base its meant to have those dents in them as the other pieces in the line come along with battle scars as if they have had their ancient rivalry and the Blue eyes and Dark magician have the dented bases with the Egyptian symbols around the base with it, but i do think that since they opted out the battle damage look on DMG they should have removed it off the base as well but it probably slipped their mind. as for me i love this piece, and id give her an 8. im a fan that were getting more anime based figures and i do like the decorated bases

I hate how all of these ultimates have various heads and hands to drive up the price. $65? Shame on you Bandai. The paint job is very nice and I like his expressive face.
