Hi. My employer filed multiple petitions for FY 2023. My date of joining with new employer was on Oct 17th, 2022. My H1B revoked in November 2022. I did go to India for stamping on March 2023. VO said that I had parallel competitive petitions. I reached out my employer he acted that he is unaware of any multiple filing and said that he didn’t received any Notice. I lost everything my career, my health, my marriage life etc etc. On November 2023 status of my H1B applications reflected as revoked on USCIS case status page. My employer blocked or removed his phone number by then. No way to reach him. Later I found out that I can get my documents via FOIA and after getting my documents after 2 months of waiting, I see that my employer colluded with his brother-in-laws company and filed 103 application's. I lost my career. I want to report to USCIS. What is the process?

Hi Sir, I'm an F4 visa applicant, and my priority date is November 8th, 2011. According to the latest USCIS visa bulletin, the F4 priority date is current for January 2006. In this case, it may take more than 6 years for my priority date to become current, which means my son may reach the age of 21 by 2025.
