How did u train her to run
Headed to Counsel Lake this coming weekend. Stoked!
@@chrismc.893 have fun!
The unlucky hiker from 2013 finally being found brought me to this. You can see how someone could "vanish" between blocks.
@@geot4647 yes, this terrain is not forgiving, plus the GPS does not work here. I would not go back in this area again unless I had a partner/buddy with me.
@@geot4647 and the area had an unsettling “vibe”/feeling.
its blue loctite
I have metatarsalgia, which is basically sore forefeet. I also have some bursitis in my knees, so im very limited on what i can do to get exercise/cardio. Im trying swimming but also have shoulder and neck issues...really i have to watch what i do whole body. Im also looking at the Schwinn shuffle kick bike. Think itll work for my special needs?
I am sorry you are dealing with your injuries. Do you think you can balance on a kick bike without falling over? There really is no downward impact on the foot, it is more of digging motion like a a cat digging a hole, if you get one, I would suggest going to a 1/4 mile track to learn how to use it being a smooth level surface. It sounds like the doctor(s) have cleared you for physical activity. Also I. would try standing on one foot/leg, using a countertop to balance yourself and see if you can just stand there one leg for a few minutes and swing your other leg back and forth in the "kick" motion to see if that has any pain prior to purchasing a kick bike. Good luck I hope you heal up quickly and get some relief from the pain. 🙏
can you double-check those measurements on the washers? text reads 3/4" and link brings up 1/4" on the metal flat washers. thanks.
Sorry for the late response. Definitely 3/4”. 1/4” is way too small.
🤘awesome🤘
"Escape the matrix," huh? Interesting Matt. What a hike, more like a journey! - Noel LaChance
@@noellachance6098 thanks Noel. See you tomorrow
That’s wild & Crazy Matt! So dangerous to go by yourself too.
@@noellachance6098 Noel, thanks for watching the video. Being out there alone is part of the experience. See you on Sunday.
Great video man! I really looked forward to the point when you arrived at the hut 🙌 How did you get the 3rd person shots?
Wow thank you so much. I’m glad you enjoyed it. I’m using a DJi Mini 3 pro drone and then a Hover Air X drone, then just a GoPro on a tripod
Wow this was fun to watch. The story telling throughout made me feel very invested in getting to that mysterious ski cabin.
@@calebbaybayan4013 thanks a lot Caleb
will be there in a few weeks. How are the roads getting into there? All paved roads? Wondering if my camper van can make it as we are a front wheel drive van.
@@brantfedor8117 you should have no problem with a camper van. Typical forest service roads, it’s been a couple of years since I’ve been there but the worst thing you will see is potholes, washboards, and some narrow sections. You’ll be fine.
Great adventure dude!

Another great video...

What did you feed your dog at the end while at the brewery? Just curious if its something safe I could feed my dog. Looking for some natural alternatives.

Looked like great conditions!
Almost perfect! Thanks for watching.
2,5 hours into a run you're all wet inside from the sweat anyway.
It depends on your intensity level and controlling your temp, yeah if you want to go high threshold you will sweat, or you can manage heat by opening up the coat, I always like to wear merino wool as a base layer even when it gets wet with sweat or rain it does offer some insulation.
Congrats on your well deserved retirement. 812 days behind you.
Thanks man. We will be keeping a seat for you at the table! Good luck and get out.
I live not too far from this place. I absolutely love Oregon.
