Hi. Actually that pizza looked more authentic as Italian pizza. Fun fact: the pizzas we have all over the world are not authentic but more variants of the American version. Italians usually have thin crust pizza with simple toppings and it's a sin to eat it with ketchup. I happened to have had Italian pizza by an Italian chef 23 years ago in France and yeah, it was more or less like the one you had, but larger. In short, it's not impressive just like how if you were to eat many of the authentic Chinese dishes you wouldn't be able to like them, they aren't compatible with our desi palate.
