Cool!! 😊👍👍👍
Nice Vid Bro! 👍👍🙂
Perfect! Thanks for the help! Using a Numark NS7 II .....worked perfect ✊🏾
Thank you so much!
any suggestions to solve the latency problem? i've connected my partybox 300 via AUX to the headphone input on my denon X1850 Prime. also connected 2 speakers to my X1850 and the sound latency is like 10ms on the partybox..
How are you connected to your main speakers? XLR or RCA? You could also try coming out of your booth connection on your mixer as well to your Partybox 300.
@@DJSteveNDeed but there's no way u can avoid the latency right? cuz it's different hardware
@@dex.9122 more than likely so. I've never had any latency issues when I had those speakers.
What cable are u using?
FosPower 3.5mm to RCA Cable (25FT), RCA Audio Cable 24K Gold Plated Male to Male Stereo Aux Cord [Left/Right] Y Splitter Adapter Step Down Design a.co/d/07F7QkvI
I found out and music is playing now on my mixer and box thanks
Will this be stereo sound?
Yes because you're getting left and right channels when connected to the mixer
@@DJSteveNDeed left and right channels both goes in to a single speaker through the 3.5mm and then from that to another speaker. You have to plug the speakers separately from channel R and L to get stereo audio.
I hooked my 310 up to my flx4 with the exact same cord, and it sounds weird. The speaker gets sloppy sounding and the volume just seems off, if I plug it in through the aux port it sounds better but still not the way it does playing songs though Bluetooth off my phone. Any suggestions?
Not too familiar with the FLX 4. I would try connecting the FLX 4 to a mixer and then connect the speakers to the outputs of the mixer.
Yo bro im having a problem with my flx 4 not putting out sound with my 310s
Any idea how I can get it to run good
@@marvinnunez3197 what are you using for a cable? RCA to aux? And what are you using for software?
If you use rekordbox, just make sure it’s not set to use internal speakers, and plug it into daisy chain in, if you use aux in you gotta make sure the 310 is set to aux and turn the volume all the way up on the 310
Hi, will possible to hook mixer with only one JBL speaker 310?
Yes you can connect only one speaker to a mixer
Does it have any delay wile trying to beatmatch by ear? I mean, having one song volume down while listening in headphones and the other song volume up and try to beatmatch like that
I had no delay as long as the speakers were connected with cords. I did have a delay when speakers were connected by bluetooth
You'll also get a delay if you connect to the Aux input. Hence connecting to daisy chain input, It's realtime because it's meant to keep the speakers in sync
Wired = faster audio transfer. I had so much delay using bluetooth so for djing purposes, not advisable. Wired is best.
Então conectando elas (apenas 2 caixas) através da "TWS" também teremos atraso para fins DJS?
I'm gonna get a cable Bluetooth ain't all that I use a USB stick more hassle but it sounds better
Hi Steve. Is there any problem if we connect the mixer output directly to the microphone input instead of using the Aux input?
No it's not a problem if it's connected that way.
@@DJSteveNDeed okdk, thanks a lot! 👍🏻
Just make sure you're mic connection is set to "line".
@@DJSteveNDeed hmmmm the thing is I have a Partybox 110, it just has the mic input and guitar input, but no line selector as the 310 does...
Would it work with the jbl boombox 2 or 3 using the same cord (RCA TO AUX) I really wanna know. there is no yt video showcasing it and I don't wanna invest for nothing.
As long as the boombox has an AUX input it should work.
Hi did it work with you BB ?
Too bad these speakers can't connect by the stereo link connection....
Hello steve. I have already 2x310 now. I would lile to buy a powerd woofer? Can you recommend ? And how can i connect ? Thanks
Me personally before I sold my 310s I borrowed a JBL IRX115S. Sounded great along with two 310s. How to connect. 1. Use two XLR cables from Left and Right on mixer to Subwoofer input FIRST!!!! That way the crossover in the sub is being used and send proper signal to Partybox 310. 2. From the sub output use female XLR to aux cable. Connect those to either the Aux or daisy chain IN on the Partybox 310s and you're good to go.
Hey Steve I’m trying to hookup my flx4 into my 110 and I have the rca to aux cable and it’s plugged into the in part of my 110. But I get no sound when I play a song through my software on my laptop. Like when my controller is plugged into my Mac I get no sound but if I just use a aux cord from my laptop to without my DJ controller plugged in I get sound. Do you know how to fix this?
What software are you using?

Are you getting sound when you connect your FLX4 if you connect it to another set of speakers?
This is not speaker this is yours connection use yours usb to laptop and aux out from controller get use pc and controller out on software
Its sounds louder and cleaner with mixer
I agree 💯
@@DJSteveNDeed or you can play with flagship Samsung smartphone because they have akg amp
Is this better than connecting both speakers to left and right output of the mixer?
There's no difference if you go that route. That's fine as long as have the right cords.
How about between DC in and Aux in of pb310? Are there any difference between the two in terms of connecting 3.5mm jack?
@@jancarloeustaquio2895when I had the speakers I never tried that way of connecting them. I always thought the DC connection was for some kind of battery connection.
Does this working while the 2 speaker connceted by TWS? Is the mic sound come from both speaker while still play music in stereo?thanks
I've got a PB110, thinking gonna get another PB110 later but right now I want to get an idea how to connect mic/mics to both speaker while they still play music in stereo
@@ericsson980 Your mic will only come through the speaker it's connected to. The best way to the mic through both speakers is to either connect your mic to your controller or to use an external mixer. Me personally I would use a mixer in that it gives you more inputs and connections if needed.
@@DJSteveNDeed thanks. If connect through external mixer, does the left or right channel output when connected to my speaker aux in will play all the driver in the speaker? Or just play left side driver? Thanks
@@DJSteveNDeed I mean like a single JBL Partybox speaker have 4 driver. 2 Twitter and 2 mid/bass. Will it play all of the driver or just half of the driver? Because some says if you connect a left mono output to a speaker, it will not play all the driver
@@ericsson980 it should play through all the drivers in the speaker. All the drivers are connected inside
Mate, can you show me how it sounds
I'd have to make a sound check video
I'd have to make a sound video

Check out my link above. I have it set up the same way for a party I did.
Hey Steve...have you tried running xlr from the Denon to 1/4" in the mic or mic/guitar inputs on the 310, then daisy from one 310 to another 310...or do you have to go daisy chain or aux input?
Sorry I'm just now getting back to you. I haven't tried the way you described, but I'd say it should work as long as you use the daisy chain out to another 310. If I get time I'll try it out for myself and let you know how it worked out.
DAMNNN I just have the same Denon controller and the same JBLs 😂😂
is there any delays when mixing?
No there are no delays when connected with wires the way its described in the video
yes, it has delay
@@BM88music You are wrong.
Thanks man! Great video!
Problem aux !!!!!
Io ho collegato la console con aux e le due jbl in bluetooth nessun ritardo
Sicuramente devi aggiornare il software
Does this work on the jbl 710's?
Yep it should work for the 710
@@DJSteveNDeed can we connect like this in the video with Partybox 310 and 110? or same model pairs only?
@@wynbergify You should be able to connect the Partybox 110 with the Partybox 310 thru the TWS or with a wired connection. The Partybox 110 have the same connections on the back panel.
How do you connect to 2 JBL 1000s w RCA ?
Not too sure. I would say connect RCA to one speaker and then use the daisy chain link to connect to other speaker.
Hi Steve, i bought two of JBL PB 110 pair TWS and hook up with wireless mic. But, I only could hear the mic on the primary speaker not the secondary. Is there something that I didn’t wrong.
If im not not mistaken the mic will only work on the primary speaker. You can try to daisy chain the speakers and see if you can get the mic to come through both. I use a mixer, I'd have to to try it out and see if that method works
Can you connect or dacy chain 4 JBL 310s together ?
I'm pretty sure you can using the wired daisy chain connection. It think you can only pair two speakers together at once via TWS.
@@DJSteveNDeed Thanks for taking your time to answer. Not sure if i should get 2 more JBL 310s or just get 2 x 1000 😊 im a Dj planing to host small out door events in the summer. The Mackie 15" speakers and 18" subs are to heavy to carry around and to expensive to me. Love to see a test with JBL Partybox vs the 15 and 18 Macky setup 😊
@@theaverageguy3884 I understand about trying to drag around those heavy tops and subs. I did a party earlier this year with just two JBL Partybox 310s and they were plenty loud for a crowd of 100. For me personally I think 4 would do great!!! More portability, ability to put them on stands, and battery powered are all great options to have. Of course testing needs to be done with both sets for comparison.
@@DJSteveNDeed I need power to my Pioneer XDJ-XZ and lights. So i will bring a generator. And befpre i can buy 2 x JBL 310 more. I have to know 100% sure that they will work together 😊 i have speaker stands so i can bring them up from the gronnd/floor.
@@theaverageguy3884 I had 2 18 inch subs and 2 powered 15 inch speakers. You are right, they are pain in the back but being full-range speakers, they can accommodate lots of people, but for smaller venues, 2 710s or 2 JBL 1000s will suffice enough. In fact, the 710s are better than the old 1000s, as people would say and based on experiences.
Hi Steve! Is it possible to connect only one speaker to the controller and pair them wirelessly afterwards (to avoid linking the controller to the 2 speakers)
I think so. I personally have not tried that route myself. I can give it a try and let you know if it works.
@@DJSteveNDeed Oh Thx You! That would be great! I'm about to buy 2 but this is very important to me :)
@@StevenLozach I totally understand. They were a good investment for me personally. My next add on is a pair of 15 inch subs. I'd have to see how my gigs line up for the summer lol
@@StevenLozach Yes it works with only one cord and with the other speaker connected by Bluetooth. The cord has to be in the AUX jack in order for it to work that way
@@DJSteveNDeed thanks Steve!
Hello, do you plug your dj equipment to one jbl via AUX and you connect the other JBL by Bluetooth to the first one ? Thanks for your vid’s !
I used a 25 foot RCA to aux cable from my mixer to the left speaker, plugging it into the daisy chain IN connector on the speaker. Then I connected the right speaker with a 25 foot regular aux cord into the OUT connector of the daisy chain. I could've used the Bluetooth but there's a noticeable delay when doing so. Connecting everything with wires eliminates the lag. Hope this helps!!!! I might make a video showing how I connected everything.
@@DJSteveNDeed thanks a lot, i’d love to see that for sure !
What stands are you using for your 310's?
@@prez1ner not really sure. I've had them for years. I'm confident that Amazon will have some decently priced stands lol
