what i think is that i would not put an ls in that. I would keep it classic style with the 350 and put a manual transmission with a clutch in that.
I came up with these trucks new . Those 350 vortec motors were nice ,but nothing beats that LS 6.0

When I say format I mean have some editing/transitions to help the video flow! You could probably pay someone for fairly reasonable price to video edit. There’s a few websites out there that offer freelance editing services!
