Here’s a Follow up video of the results. You can see that the quality is amazing. In the previous video I adjusted it with three simple moves on the fly and was able to get it leveled that way. Try that with any other type of bed springs!!

FoKoos Odin-5 F3 STOCK is a beast!! Correction I did say in the video Odin f5, but I have fixed it in body and title. I got this machine a little over a week ago and I can not get a single failed print out of it. I leveled it once! And by this video have printed about 24 prints and have yet to re-level it, or any abs I mean any need of anything to help it adhere. Going to do my in depth review ...

Like a few folks I kept getting failed prints. I what’s odd when this was with the creality 4.2.x silent board, it never failed. I tweaked the firmware …whoops. I fried that board… but the replacement was a downgrade. So recommendations buy from Amazon so you have that free return window for 30days return no questions asked

Trimming weight on the X Axis

im always looking for ways to improve my prints. be it some firmware update (still learning, pretty cool stuff out there) scratching some weight off X Axis (vertical bar where hotend rests, and moves left or right, and molten filament dispensed). Be it with lighter motor on the x stepper, e-0 stepper, and the z stepper motors being happier that their loads less. Good job so far guys poppa is pr...

Voxelabs HOTBED Wobbles help PT 1

Part: 1 I see a lot of people in the group or having a lot of bed wobbling, ghosting or noise issues in their prints because of this on their printer. This is one of the possible causes and on mine it did come loose in shipment, so we’re heading in the right direction by looking as to what it was causing it. In this case it was both eccentric nuts needed to be tightened. After completing it you...

Part 2 This The second part of the ghosting or noise issues within the print. The first one I showed you where the bed wobbled and the eccentric nuts on the left-hand side had to be tightened. Once tightened you’ll see that the chep print is coming out amazing. And In this one we focus on the Single eccentric night on the pulley wheel on the bottom. By tightening that you will see that the supp...

Voxelab X AXIS BAR Leveling issues help part 3
What does this have to do with 3D printing?
"just wants to take off" **me wondering if its on or not**
Hey having the same issue how did u resolve it ?
I have a probleme with the extruder. It feels like it does not "grep" the filament and because of that it stops extruding mid print. Do you have any tips for that?
Also I dont exactly understand how the spring with the nut works, that goes on the screw on top of the spring.
Have you upgraded the mother board my son is getting a bed error and from what I have found is that it's motherboard problem
Did you check the power supply cables? Normally these DC sources are super noisy when turned on, and yours didn't even make any noise.
hi, can you please share configs and software which was on SD card?
At $199 for the S8 Pro, it's a solid bargain. I converted mine easily to direct drive with a simple ender 3 direct drive conversion bracket kit ($15 on amazon). Since it's dual Z axis, the weight is zero issue. I also installed a 3d printed Satsan fan shroud which upgrades it to a 5015 blower feeding both sides of the nozzle with air. It's so much air I had to turn it down to 25% on PETG otherwise the layers weren't adhering! I also swapped up the bed surface to a spring metal PEI bed ($26 on amazon). With the direct drive I'm now printing a large tablet case in TPU which feeds just fine at 25mm/sec. A great printer (and I have 6 already... from Aquila to Anycubic Mega X to Kobra). Highly recommended, especially for the ease of converting to direct drive.
Why not use passive or active cooling for the stepper motor and filament driver?
and if I still have LIGHT LIGHT wooble(I see your force level applied to head, that printer is shacking) A bit afraid to over tighten this nut it is really close now, but it is not shaking when applied half of your force (but if I will aply your level it would shake, dunno wtf happend to printer)
thx bro, did your part 1 and part 2 intuitively. Maybe will check part 1 again. But was strugling with part 3, also came to conclusion, that it is becase of x bar, but I was trying to tight essentric nuts on it(there are 2 on both sides with no luck) And then found YOU! And heard magic words - doing leveling ok, then print fails, then check and it's not leveled. Ohhhhh my case, will try it after sleep, thank you sir! Your are my last hope :)
Glad I could help! Check out my tik tok! Much appreciated
I baught this printer its a nightmare rally it makes me crazy
I have two of these and the stringing is so bad with PLA+, do you have this problem?
Been trying to reach out to you on TikTok my guy, hit me up 🙂✌🏻
I’m going through the same issue right now I woke up one morning to do a print and nothing was working right it wouldn’t even auto bed level
What I would do if I was you, that they didn’t tell me is honestly fist thing you do is a PID tune. Tune the nozzle and the bed! Trust me that saved soooo many head aches. Then do an e step calibration. After done with that, relevel the bed. Start a print that tests a large square. As you are watching it your eyes, go into tune, z step or baby step (been a while since I had a bluer) and adjust it as your watching the first layer being put down. Adjust it till that first layer all the lines touch and keep doing that until you get a perfect first layer and then go Gun ho crazy lol hope that helps a bit !!
Bu makinadan (bluer plus) satın aldım. Bir hafta bile olmadan cihaz bozuldu. Kontrol kartı sürücüler 3d touch hepsi yandı. Two trees zararı karşılamıyor. Ürünün garantili olduğunu yazıyorlar ama garanti filan yok. Bunu bilerek satın alın. Two trees markalı hiç bir ürünüe bir daha para vermem.
I bought a bluer plus. It broke down in less than a week. Control card ,stepper drivers ,3d touch all burned out. Two trees do not cover any damage. They say it's guaranteed but there's none. Know that fact before you buy. I will never buy any product branded two trees.
Hi, I got a Mingda D2 and am looking at trying to fit a dual gear drive extruder. I notice you have a red one with an Ender 3 motor (?) and just wondering how (and what) heat block fits into the bottom of the extruder? Can you link to the Amazon extruder you bought please?
Find me on Facebook or Instagram and message me it’s a long list of things to share. I won’t mind at all. I may still have my build and it’s links on either platform. Hope to help
I'm going to try this out! Subbed and upvoted!
Ready to Make up?
Hi there, i have been looking all around the net to get something decent printed on my bluer plus. I am super newbie and am using cura as a slicer. I am not even getting close to what you have printed on your first run. Is there a possibility that you could be still holding onto the slicer file or gcode that you had used to print the object in the video. Any any help would be greatly appreciated.
I do not, but if you message me on my DopeGod3D Facebook or Instagram, I can give you my GCODE slicer settings with BLTouch, and help you trouble shoot with what I know. It’s something to do with the z offsets

Great shirt. Awesome. 👍👍
Newbie??
Your about 18mos late lol
you are correct i bought an ender 3max and a lk5 the lk prints flawlessly the ender has 300 in upgrades and still crap.
Thank you for your honesty. I still have 2 Enders that I got free. And took about a year of mistakes before I finally got them right. My Two Fokoos Odin5 F3 are beasts stock !!
Live leveling, I do a lot
It’s fun when it works and funner when it doesn’t lol NOT!
Bro you got quite a few printers. Very cool. Keep up the great videos. Be safe.
Thanks! Amazon returns are my best beeeeest friend lol
So in closing. Less weight better prints, and able to print faster with less noise in the prints !!!
The weight loss has nothing to do with the better prints ...its the superior extruder .
@@themountain59 weight removed weight on the bar, less weight on the bar is less noise being transferred to the print. Hence why more expensive machines are doing it as well. And why thousands in the groups are also pushing. On one ender 3 I have a single gear extruder, and another a dual, both look amazing from being dialed in, and both have exact setups besides the extruders. I thank you for your input though. That’s what this is for. Sharing and learning
@@dopegod3d178 What "bar" ?? I dont know what you are referring to.
Cool!!! Looks nice🥰
Have you tried the Sermoon D1 from creality? And how is this compared if you have any idea? If not, that's cool
What G-code are you using to drive the hotend carriage around? Nice work on levelling instructions

Thank you very much for your support!! Awesome to have you at the factory!
Of course!! Planning for a second one with actual equipment !!!
Is it true your filament has an additive in it that protects it from hydrolysis? I head this from somewhere and was wondering if it were true.
Ordered a box of six in black, nothing but problems absolute garbage..
Good to know. Have you contacted them? And all 6 rolls are 100% garbage? Man I’ve burned through maybe 50 spools. White, yellow, silver, clear, green, black, orange. And worst I’ve had to do is vacuums seal with silica overnight and worked. I don’t own a filament dryer as I’ve gotten away with 1/20th the cost with recharging silica and vacuum sealing the bag. I’d definitely contact them their support has yet to let me down. They’ve merged with IC3D. You can let them know in the group as well
Cool cool
Great job on making due with what you have lying around. Keep you the awesome videos 👍👍
LOL beyond overdue. I’m laughing because I was just thinking the same thing. More to come and I will finally start recording in HD from my cell, and I’m 3D printing a cone to put around the MIC to pic up audio better. All from my iPhone XR. I’m buying a boom lens to zoom better so more to come !!! Thanks for staying loyal. I promise you in the coming weeks I’ll have you and your family in stitches your boy is back 100% and there’s no turning back now !!!
I liked it, but - like most youtube videos - it needs a lot of editing to thin it down to what matters. There's lots of "ummm" time (as I call it). Times when you can't find something or need a tool in another room, or you forgot what you were doing for a mon et, or you got distracted. It happens to everyone, but edit it out, and you'll end up with maybe 20 minutes of stuff that is really good and useful.
I appreciate that!! I’m learning. I appreciate the feed back. I’ve moved since, and think I have a better setup. I’ve uploaded a few, but soon getting a digital camera with a boom mic and optical zoom, and will be involving my daughter more. So this could be something she takes over in the future. I can see it now. A 3D hologram of us in your living room reviewing the worlds fastest Nutella printing machine!! Ok now I’m hungry abs curious
Was going to pick some up but after seeing they are charging Paypal fee's I'm not sure how its that good of a deal....
So far everything has printed flawlessly and I’ve left it exposed for over a week before use and where I am at in Florida
Right on brother gonna check out their website right now. Also I see you upgraded your y axis belt tensioner with that bracket. Was that an easy replacement. I've been looking too doing the same thing.
not going to lie, it was a little tricky. and who was to blame...YOU! YOU WERE HAHAHAHAHA. jk. me. i had no clue how to do PID tuning, and board reset, and hard load from the eeprom. so, once i learned what that confusing jargon was, and that it wasnt something i can get at wendys (yes, yes im thinking about their delicious breakfast baconator mmmmm) i calibrated my machine to a spot on 20mm on all AXIS of the cube. then, after that, print it slow!!! .16 to .2 layer height looks amazing. also, rule of thumb, i make the nut .2 smaller then what it was default, and the housing, .2 bigger. its a total of .4 difference that accounts for 5% error (nerd in me sheesh i cant shut it off) so all parts fit snug. the roller that you can re use, is what you have to pay attention to when you put it all together. make sure that the belt does not and i mean does not deviate in any angle!!! once you do that, the machine is DOPE!!!!i print some things for people at .4 layer height and they love it, and some at .12 and they find flaws i need a monocle to find!!! but to me, these machines are beast. capable of so much more then they are given credit. not as easy to flash, but once you do BOOM beasts!! my pronterface explanations arent as vast as Chris Riley from Chris basement, but if you want i can make a video ASAP
check out any of my social media affiliate links, this filament is just jaw dropping. you need to see the green!!!
Nice mods brother. Keep up the great videos. I've been modding my Sunlu S8.
I love my S8! I have 5 and hoping to be done with them within the next few weeks!!! Thank you for the inspiration. God bless and happy Mother’s Day to you/yours 😊
You need to decrease the fan speed if you print with higher temperature. If i use 250 degree i put my fan speed to 50-70 %. This code comes if the difference between your goal temperature and your real nossle temperature is to high ( between 15 degree difference) ps. sorry for my bad english im german ^^ .
On my one machine it was a PID issue, I wish I could take credit for figuring it out, but it was Chris Riley from Chris’s basement who did one and I followed his guide. Now it prints like a beast!!! Would I buy again. No. But am I grateful for the experience. I would be lying if I said no. I’ve learned a lot and it’s pushed me to learn more as well so turned out ok. But your English was spot on LOL my German sucks I think this means let your face shine and you’ll do well “Dein Gesicht wird es gut machen” LOL please don’t hate me if I’m wrong I’m from Brooklyn and we are surrounded by all nationalities and we all learned from each other
@@dopegod3d178 Nice ^^
Hows your d2 now? I am choosing between Mingda D2, Anet ET4 and ENder3 pro.. But Mingda D2 seems to be a winner in features. Now the problem is there is not a lot of parts available for it.
I would honestly get a longer LK4 pro. Silent board out the gate. Mods galore and I love their customer service the most. Second labist ET4 which is a rebranded Anet ET4 with auto bedleveling that’s more accurate then the BL touch
Thank you. Gracias
De nada. A la orden

Your very welcome. If you join the Facebook group, they have a new fan shroud that is amazing !!
Your comment about a company casusing BSOD wanting to create vaxx. Reminds me of man on the street interviews asking college kids if they want free health care provided by the government. They all answer yes. Then the interviewer asks if they trust the government. They all answer no. They all say they hate the DMV but they think they would trust those same people to control their health care. I'm on MX. Looking at Solus, but haven't gotten the nerve to give up all my utilities, simplicity, forms, and initV. It's just so easy to back up and create ISO's for backup/reinstall on MX. Anyhoo, thanks for the video.
