From the outside looking in, knowing nothing, the pink and blue handles look to change the kite's positioning and maybe some turning?
Close. Pull on the Pink/Red/Left side of the control bar, the kite will rotate left until you stop and continue in that direction, and pull right/blue, vice-versa. Also, pull in on the control bar and it powers the kite up, and pushing the bar away depowers it
