This so good, because we have been rewarded for being a good person, and now we expect God to reward for how good a christian we are. I am walking by Grace, I have my very breathe because of Grace. Teaching on grace is more than unmerited favor because we have been taught somehow we can earn it. Maybe this the disconnect? Jesus, I love you and without your sacrifice I would still be headed towards dying prematurely. My mess is my message. We shouldnt be ashame of a tainted past. A great example, King David, his mess didnt stop God's purpose. His hunger drove his passion and then David understood God's Purpose for "forever" generations. You and I benefit from his past. Lets be in the place God is doing His most power work!
