Your formula is not correct. if you were to do the math manually, you would see the total hours worked is 8.5 hours and NOT 8:30 hours. I have no idea to change the format to h:mm in excel. When I do, it does not work, however if I only have one formula, such as =(b2-b1)*24 will work, however when I add the secondary portion of the off for lunch will not work?
