Dan Campbell was a TE. I think he’s doing a great job. It’s not always just the head coach, you need good coordinators, and great assistant coaches, and detail oriented specialty coach (line coaches, DB coaches, QB coach) and all those people need to be on the same page.

Geno had 7 INTs, Clowney had double digit sacks PQ was killing. And we lost our starting RBs for the last 3 years. 3. Lamar got too much talent.
