Man slow this down and show what they do
Would love to see this demo in real time and not so sped up. Cool tools though!
Me, too. 😢
Just went on the website, there aren’t any BOGO deals available. 😮
Please focus/zoom closer to your tool, clay and hands to see better 🙏
Sound is perfect 👍🙏 It’s not easy to see what you do. Hope it will possible to see close up in a top view in the future.
Thank you for the feedback. We'll keep working on a setup to get the best angles for vertical and horizontal formats at the same time. We appreciate you watching!
Beautiful work! I'm getting ready to invest in some Diamondcore tools and this was super helpful to see the range of just 3 types. How thick is the slab you used for the cone/tree? 3/8"?
Very good but where to buy the T Tool trimming blade ?
Wow ❤ it!
A trick I have come to appreciate is the clay can not be too wet. Using corn starch between pulls also helps.
a demo of larger sized pots would be helpful. A close up of the glazed pot would also be helpful. I would like to see the hose in use. Is the hose meant for glazing the outside? Does the glazed pot cover the rim fully or is it dependent on the shape of the rim.
Camera angle?
Thank you for providing these mini tutorials and for your demos with Jessica PF
Why don’t you guys ship to Illinois?Just tried to check out on your site and it said No shipping to Illinois.
We definitely ship to Illinois! Please email us at info@diamondcoretools.com if you need assistance completing an order.
Have to leave for an appointment. I'll watch the rerun. Thank you
Do they need a hold?
From the glaze company: "Some Chrysanthos glazes may benefit from a hold to enhance crystal development. For example, Chrysanthos Supernova Glazes don't require controlled cooling, but a hold can improve crystal development."
Master.
Oh I hope u read this I’ve been wanting to tell u my new use for my Diamondcore handle tools!! With the 2 ridge and 3 ridge ones I pull them as normal then use a sharp knife n cut in each ridge leaving it connected at the top then I plait or spiral the 2 or 3 strips that r there. Wish I could show u a photo!!
Thank you for sharing this technique! We love to hear all the creative ways people use our tools. We might even need to show this in a demo in the future!
@@DiamondCoreToolsoh I would love that!!
Hello
Sorry but this is a pretty useless video. Too fast to see what tool was being used and what lines/ shapes each tool makes.
Agreed :(
Agreed as well. This is worthless.
The code was backwards
Never could have done the replacement without this video! 🤪
What I'd love to know is which tool is being demonstrated when it's being used and the kind of line each tool makes. It's really hard to tell the difference between them all. Some close ups would be helpful too.
Donde se pueden comprar estas herramientas y precio
If using the same glaze, would it be necessary to clean it out each time after using or can it be “capped” so the glaze in the tube doesn’t dry out?
Great question! Even if you're going to be using the same glaze, it would be better not to store the fountain in the bucket, simply because the glaze may settle in the reservoir just as glaze settles in the bucket. If you do, be sure to give the fountain several pushes on the foot pedal to make sure the glaze circulating through the pipe is thoroughly mixed.
Thank you for showing a lefthanded person in your video.
Great film with excellent visual depictions of your tools in use on clays.
Glad you enjoyed it!
Posted under wrong account name so re-posting: I'm trying to find a video on using the Arc Carving Metal Rib on a ROUNDED PIECE, such as a bowl or bottle form. The video provided shows it being used on a flat slab.

Hello, Can you also bring out a video of the old Trimmig tool?
Such a big effort! Good on ya !
Cool tools
First.
Oh good I bought three of your tools and had a question
❤❤❤
Love the comparison video. I am a v tip person!❤
Way to fast to see what was going on and what tools were being used. Can you do a slower version?
Just slow down your video speed using the gear icon in upper right. Works for all videos though you may want to turn off sound which is very annoying in slo-mo.
It’s annoying ( the music) anyway. I’d love it if they would actually do a tutorial, explaining the tool and how to use it
Hi there! I appreciate all your tutorials, but I do have a few quick questions. Your tools are amazing, but if they never dull why have replacement blades? I mean to say, are there signs we are looking for that it is time to replace the blades? Lastly, Can you interchange blades, adding a different blade to your handle?
Thank you for your question! On these fine-point blades, they will stay sharp until they eventually wear through just from use. Eventually the small blade will wear through, depending on how much carving you do and how dry the clay is. However, our fine-point tools come with a free extra blade when you purchase them!
Yes, technically, the handles of the P and FP tools are similar, and you could use both an FP or P blade on the end of the handle. However, changing the metal tips repeatedly for when you want to use a different tip makes it more likely that you could deform or otherwise damage the unique shape of the blade.
I want 1 of these but I dependent on an Indian supplier
Just when I thought I had enough DCT tools.....!!!
There's always at least one more you need!
Yum! I'd be tempted to do stuff with the bits after carving..take for example the mug...those nubbits cud be used pressed into a broach ?
What kind of media was this block? Straight clay, soap or something else? 🤔
Hi, Amy. The small slab in the video is leatherhard B mix clay.
any discounted or Free shipping codes out there?
We occasionally have product promotions and shipping deals throughout the year. Be sure to watch our Facebook and Instagram pages for those special announcements!
It would be super helpful if you would add the names of the carvers being used 🥴
Totally Agree!!!
