Salut. Scoate în zona motorului ceva asemănător cu un țăcănit.....un zgomot electric mai degrabă, zic eu. Dar cred ca este de fapt scânteia pe fisa de la bujie.

Usually holders come with the belly pan. În my prețioase answers i shared the piece code to be ordered from suzuki.

If you buy the guard as new part, it comes definetly with the mounting kit.

😀 Sa o stăpânești fără incidente! Eu am 1.78 iar în varianta stock, fara parbriz, ma deranja foarte tare aerul care ma lovea drept in piept (se amplifica foarte tare senzatia de rece primavara si toamna). De multe ori mergeaam cu o protectie suplimentara in piept si la gat. Dupa montarea parbrizului, vantul a inceput sa fie dirijat catre casca ( zona ochilor mai exact), dar este mult mai bine decât anterior. Categoric protecția nu este totala ( as aprecia pe la un 65%), dar este incomparabil mai bine decât varianta stock. Îți recomand acest parbriz și prin prisma ușurinței în montare, a rigidității lui și a aspectului în ton cu restul motocicletei. Sper ca ti-am putut fi de ajutor!

I bought it from hotnrare site located în Italy. It arrived very fast în Romania. It is made specially for the SV650, so fits very well.

It is a good looking bike, but the exposed exhaust of the no.1 cilinder ruines this image. And the engine is simply great. I really enjoy it. Great bike!

I am 178 cm and for me it is perfect. The wind is directed towards the helmet. No more wind în the chest.

@@stefanhansen5882 no,it does not ,notice that i am 1.78 tall also though. MRA's screen is the best for the mk3 SV,far better than GIVI's.

Definetly it is a worrthy add on. Otherwise is very unpleasant to use the bike on lower temperatures or windy days. The only unknown remains the windscreen model and here the selected one depends on each of us. The one i bought is made by MRA for this bike only, it is not a universal model. As for the wind protection this raises the wind direction from my chest to the upper part of my helmet. So it's not full protection but pretty satisfying în my oppinion. My height is 1.79m.

A iesit...in curând am sa v-o prezint în toată splendoarea ei. Iar în primăvara am sa o încerc și eu 😀

As you can see i' ve installed two positions of the camera. The safest for the camera îs the one on the mirror support. As for the the invizibile stick installed on the right side as in the video: the view is much more science-fiction but I feel it very dangerous for the camera. I didn'd have the guts to ride at higher ( normal) speeds

Yes they are coming with the engine guard kit. But I bought the guard as a used product from a guy who took it ouț from a vstrom.

Mine is the '22 model. Definetly fits the 23-24 model, no doubt. The guart from 23-24 V-Strom 650XT will suit your bike.

Plastic indeed. As for the protection, it comes on V-strom 800DL from the facory, a bike designed for the offroad side much more than the SV is. So, I think for the SV it should be more than enough.

@@bikereport usually adventure bikes that actually do adventuring have actual metal (aluminium) engine guards, not plastic.

I've beennlooking for a proper windshield for a very long time too. This seems to me the one that keeps and improves the retro-new look of the bike. Seems like being made for this bike only, and indeed it is. MRA produces it just for this bike, it is not a general purpose one.

I found Thies Engine Guard on Internet...but, it's for the V-Strom 650..fit this also on the SV 650...? 🤔

Pentru mine este prima motocicleta și momentan nu am de gând sa o schimb, deși ce-i drept nici nu am pre încercat altele. Deocamdata mi se par suficienți cei 75 cai iar motocicleta simpla și cu o mecanica basic îmi da senzații tare plăcute. Eu am 1.80 și mi se pare ca are proporțiile corecte pentru aceasta înălțime...Și cu toate astea, 110cp pe CBR, cu siguranță sunt fenomenali!

Basically is the same engine with the same assembly bolts disposal. Moreover, the 1st cilinder exhaust turnover seems more compact than în 3rd gen. This îs why i believe the guard should match to the 2nd gen also, but I don't have any confirmation .
