@ Chinese chicken salad the best I’ve ever had. I remember I celebrated with friends Chinese new year , I went to Chef Chu’s and ordered two huge tins of Chinese chicken salad . Mr . Chu came out and showed me how to prepare the salad in steps. Great guy !!!
