Hello, yes, it is super easy to switch from ActiveCampaign to EngageBay. You can export your contacts, deals, and companies as a CSV file and import them into EngageBay. Unfortunately, importing campaigns and automation is not possible at this time.

Hi! Thank you for your question. Every email we send includes an option at the bottom to unsubscribe. If a recipient clicks on it, they are automatically removed from future emails in the sequence and added to an unsubscribe list. The system ensures they won’t receive any further emails from the account by excluding them from the sending list.

Hi, Please go to Account Settings --> From Emails, click on the 3 dots in the right-hand corner of the email address and you will see the option to delete. You may delete it and add the one you wish to use.

Hi. The plugin has been designed to integrate the website with EngageBay and display EngageBay forms on the website to capture the submissions and track the visitors to the website. We do have a sync with HubSpot which allows you to get all your contacts, companies, and deals data into EngageBay. We will certainly look into enhancing the plugin shortly. Hey @bupi. If you wish to send SMS using Workflow, then you will have the merge fields option in the SMS node where you can fetch the details added to the contacts of the account and send them via SMS

Also, we can apply the filter (By Email received) to filter out the contacts. However, we cannot filter out them with specific keywords in the replies @@bupi.
