I can’t speak for the maple leaf boys up north but down here in the US as I Vet of the 00s I don’t feel that way. The VA has done a lot for me more then what I would have ask for. Don’t get me wrong I and other vets have a laundry list of problems but I am grateful for the support I get.
@@adox8574 From the States as well, didnt serve but alot of friends and family did. Loved the stories and a hug supporter gor vets and active duty. At least some do get the support from coming back. I have two Marine buddies that didn't get the help they needed and trouble finding jobs. One turned out ok but the other took his own life. I blame myself as I felt I could've done even more but I also blame the government for the responds and how they handled it all. Maybe it depends where your from and what you did while in service.
