@@BullsharkProduction there are some video essays and articles on it. The original illustrator who did most of the hand drawing technique and color creation died, and those that remain cannot replicate it without using computers. It’s like restoring art. It can be restored, but the whole idea was that it was done by hand.

The 1980 was a time of experimental anime basically if you dream it and it was cool sounding it became a awesome OVA and let me tell you those dreamers had skills to bring those dreams to life.
