random reccommendation but this is impressive sir.
I don't know who you are, where you came from or why I am here, but this is impressive. I'm going to offer unsolicited advice, apologies in advance, but I do snatch 125kg @ 85kg bodyweight: so I know something. Use the legs off the floor more in your pulls especially snatch. The hips rise off the floor too much through the first pull; the back angle shouldn't change much from the floor to the knee, so get those quads involved. When passing the knee, the shoulders, hips and knees are going to be in a much better position to propel the bar vertically. Even with the current position around the knee, you do a miraculous job meeting the bar with your hips and going up with it. Fix what is driving the bar through the first pull (quads not back/posterior chain) and let the positions flow from there. You'll hit more than 60kg. You earned a subscriber!
